Very friendly staff! And great communication and great service for a reasonable price. They were closing soon and we needed to pick up the car. The lady waited for us to get the building to give us the keys and do the payment appreciate her patience with us especially since we got there at closing time.

visited Maaco and received a written estimate for $3,200 to complete repairs on my vehicle. Shortly after, I was contacted by a representative who informed me that the new total would be $4,600—an increase of $1,400.
I immediately informed them I did not wish to proceed due to the price increase. Despite this, the representative questioned why my insurance was not covering the cost, even though I had clearly stated from the beginning that I would be paying out of pocket.
They also ordered an expensive door without all the necessary parts, which appears to have been done in order to charge me more money. This is unacceptable and feels like deceptive business practice.

Mrs. Jeanine was very helpful and I consider her an asset to your business! They seemed to have a problem with getting my car repaired and the estimator seemed to not have a clue what was going on in the shop he worked in. They had my car for a week and it wasn't repaired, granted they had problems with damaged parts coming in but Mrs. Jeanine made everything happen and I received my car back the same day she promised and the work was exceptional! She's a real sweetheart and very caring, I would recommend Maaco for auto repairs ONLY if she's still there and the repair guy was excellent I forgot his name...sorry! Other than the hold up and lack of communication I would give them a 5 star! Very good place...

They were absolutely amazing! They worked very quickly to get my car fixed that I waited years to do and she looking brand new. They were happy to give me updates when I called and answered all my questions very quickly. Will absolutely go back if I need some repairs done!
