My experience at hill top store was very wonderful and customer service is awesome very prompt patient friendly and most of all his listening skills impressed me very much because it became easy and more importantly comfortable to find what I came for

Had a really pleasant experience at this store.Went about a week ago when we started shopping for new mattresses. Fritz was in store and was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He didn’t pressure us into any transaction and let us take our time.We went and shopped around at other stores in town and weren’t really happy with the service we received at other shops. Came back to Mattress Firm and worked with Patricia today. She was also super knowledgeable, was very patient and friendly, and did not pressure us into a purchase.Helped us work within our budget and we were able to get what was going to work for us. Overall very happy with the experience.

I was vacillating between buying a mattress online vs. going in to a store to buy one and I’m so glad I went to Mattress Firm. Fitz helped us and he was so incredibly helpful and kind. I got a great mattress for a great price and my mom ended up getting one, too! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely go back for any future mattress needs.

Tychiah is the bomb! She is the most knowledgeable, honest and straight forward person you can deal with when shopping for a mattress. I truly feel like she cared about our needs.
