There is never anybody at the front counter, the orders are frequently incorrect, and I had time to write this review sitting in the drive-through line (15 minutes and counting). When we got to window 1, our mobile order no longer existed (even though it was confirmed on the intercom 10 minutes prior...).This location used to be decent, but in the last few years it has really gone down hill.Edit: total time in drive-through line, 40 minutes. Our order was for two nugget kids meals and fries, and a double cheeseburger meal with two large drinks. This was repeated to at least two employees after confirming the mobile order. We received:round 1: a nugget kids meal and a cheeseburger kids meal, and our two large drinks.round 2: the second nugget kids meal.round 3: after the window rep closed the window and left, we waited for her return. When asked, we mentioned we were missing our cheeseburger meal.round 4: we received our cheeseburger meal with unsalted fries and a chunk missing from one of the cheeseburgers.I have eaten a cheeseburger with the cheese still wrapped in plastic, and this was a worse experience.

Not bad quality or service wise, but prices are out of control. An egg McMuffin meal with a small coffee is nearly 10$.

I often go to McDonald’s for the kids you know. It’s in a crowded area and they’re usually busy but I’ll tell you they keep on top of it and they always keep those lines moving very rarely do I have problems there I always go to the drive-through so sorry I don’t have any information on online ordering but I’ll tell you this location even though the lines are always lines of the drive-through they really punch them out and get them through! A real plus for this location is that they open early and stay open late!

I understand when you only have a few people and you are slammed it can be draining but The store manager was rude and disrespectful. If I'd have know it was gonna be that bad I would have taken my business elsewhere. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble but customer service, respect and communication are the heart of a business and if you don't have that then I wouldn't want to work for you either.

If you have the availability to drive to another McDonald’s just do it. Worst service and I wouldn’t dare try the food honestly such a bad experience I just left. I dont ever write reviews but this place was just horrible and not well

The service was the absolute worst. Pulled every car over. No orders ready. 1 young man trying to do his best(AARON) BY BRINGING out orders. All orders mixed up. Even as a safety issue he is walking up to cars ,wrong orders. Customers screaming at him. Well i went inside 1 rude young lady saying customer cursed at her(HE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT AND I TOLD THEM SO) ALL FOOD was ready but no communication between staff and management. Actually a manager and a shift lead working and they couldn't see the chaos. Shift lead finally decides to help bring out food and walks up to the wrong car !!!! Better system people. Me personally whenever I visit a establishment and I order and I pay I will HOLD up the line while I wait for my food!!!! AT LEAST OFFER YOUR GUEST A FREE APPLE PIE AFTER A 30 MINUTE WAIT FOR 3 SMALL FRIES AND 2 SMALL BURGERS!!!!Parking: Pull so many cars over two cars vy for the same spot

I ordered an unsweetened iced tea, asked again at pickup if it was unsweetened, and was told yes.I received sweet tea and when I returned it, I got a refund.Very disappointed with the lack of customer service that there was no apology or an offer to make it right.
