“We visited the farm quite a few months ago. Purchased some steaks that were fabulous. Also, I purchased some soup bones. They have been in my freezer for at least 8 months. What wonderful flavor they give to soup. It was sooo tasty I had to come and leave this review!! They have plenty of beef on them for a pot of soup.
Here's the recipe: I used one pack of soup bones. Drop them in your insta pot and sear in the flavor with some olive oil, diced onions, celery, fresh garlic, salt and pepper Then pressure cook about 30 mins with one container (4 cups) beef broth. Take out and debone....then add to your broth, vegetable juice-like V-8(2 cups), one bag frozen veggies (20-24 oz), about 3 diced potatoes, basic steak seasonings, 2 to 4 beef bullion cubes, quarter cup of orza or other little pasta, and add your beef back to the pot and cook 8mins to complete. In less than an hour and with very little effort we had a full pot of great soup! We will be back again and again for your great cuts of meat and more! It brings back memories of my grandparents farm and the beef is 100% better than buying in a grocery store!!! Thank you”

“We stopped into the shop today (our third visit) and picked up a handful of things: chicken thighs, jalapeño bacon sausage (which we were offered a sample and couldn’t not buy it after it was that good!), chuck roast, and ground beef! The customer service was great, and it’s nice to be able to converse with where our food is coming from. We will definitely be returning for meat time and time again!”
