“Coastal Cattle “beef “ and Cartwright farms “pork” are truly amazing! You get what you pay for and this meat is top shelf ! The animals are raised happily the way they are supposed to be ! They are not tense and tough from stress ! They are tender and tasty from the love they are given ! I grew up around these peoples families and they are all around genuine great people ! Drive up and look at the animals see how peaceful and relaxed theyAre ! I could write a book about each different cut from both farms and how I use them. But I also have a 2 year old and I want me and my daughter and Gf to eat good quality food , you are what you eat , but more so you are what you eat is eating ! These animals consume the things they are supposed too. They aren’t feed lot animals being bulked up for more profit. They are diligently farmed animals that provide nutrients that those feed lot animals don’t , example when cows eat strictly grain like at feed lot they produce omega 6s an inflammatory in your body , cows have 2 stomachs in order to digest grass , when cows eat their natural diet of mostly grass and some grains they produce omega 3 fatty acids an anti-inflammatory! It’s why it’s so important for an animal to eat its natural diet. Their health transfers to your health, same with their happiness! Hit up the meat shack I don’t even buy meat at the green washed grocery store anymore! I buy real meat from real people with real families that actually care! On scale of 1-10 I give them 100 ! Just don’t tell everyone about them cause they are a local secret. 3 thumbs up. Thanks Cartwright thanks Coastal cattle !
