They charged my insurance for items I did not receive. When I called to inquire, I was told I needed to pay out of pocket or wait until my insurance would cover more equipment. Do not go here if you can go somewhere else.

Where are my supplies?!?! Still trying to get supplies that were supposed to be sent to me in Aug. It's mid-October. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls. I am even willing to drive there to pick them up but I can't talk to a person. Are they billing my insurance for services I am not receiving

Customer service has gone downhill.Have to leave messages to order my cpap supplies. No one answers the phone any longer. I got a letter from Medicare ins . Claims have not been filed for over a year,Seems like they are undergoing a major staff change... its ashame used to be great.
