I went in today in hopes of an upgrade. Got some good advice, but for the kind of customer that my family is, I couldn't Even get a phone call to go through. I totally adore Jose and I trust him to always to do me right, but some of his staff not so much.

Jose is the only reason my family and I are still with Metro. Please understand this rating is for him and not the company! If it wasn’t for his superb customer service and integrity we would have switched to Verizon. The store who originally set up our plan was over charging us for an entire year. He helped us right away when he found the discrepancy. I have been seriously thinking of switching but once I had the encounter with Jose we’ve decided to give metro another chance.
