I went in today in hopes of an upgrade. Got some good advice, but for the kind of customer that my family is, I couldn't Even get a phone call to go through. I totally adore Jose and I trust him to always to do me right, but some of his staff not so much.

The gentleman that helped us was very professional, very courteous and friendly. Helped us get what we needed while saving us money at the same time. We will go back to this store in the future due to the fantastic service we received.

Let's put it this way,I HAVE TO GO BACK!!! Their really nice when they think your there to spend your money, I still have the same problem. It's hard to talk to the manager when he's never there every time I go, been thinking about changing altogether... Depending on if they can help or not this time... I'll let you all know.

They closed at 5pm but Google still hasn't fixed it because it says they closed at 6pm Google get it together fast.........................Been dealing with this tmobile for some time and every time i go in there they are like family to everyone Jose goes out of his way to help you no matter what and his team he has are very friendly. I will keep going to this store no matter what..thank you guys
