My wife and I came in there yesterday and both girls Casey and Myra were so great to us they went above and beyond to help us choose and get what we wanted. Very professional with a great sense of product knowledge this will be the only MetroPCS store I will go to now. It was the best experience I've ever had there. So good I actually wrote a review and I never do that. Great work there ladies hope y'all get a raise.

My experience here was very unprofessional and the worst i ever been through dealing with a phone store. I came to the store to switch service from verizon but to do it i had to clear out my phone i told the white lady i need all my pictures and info they are very important to me so she told me that the only way it can work if i get a iphone 11 for free and all pics will switch over no poblem I said ok as she was working on my phone she was talking on her phone to her friend playing music flirting with me and plying with her co worker when she got done she said check my calendar and other info the phone he gave me was new so i saw a couple pics and thought everything was fine because she said sliding the pics over was a easy process and i trusted the lady my old phone she erased everything off. i went to work and realize she put all my pics from gmail to my phone and erased all my pics from my phone .i went back to the store and she apologized and said its nothing she could do basically really not caring know how important my stuff was important to me and then later that night she text me from her phone asking do i like white woman If i knew thi would happen i would of kept my old phone my life and child memorable moments was on that phone now gone because somebody being irresponsiblie if i didnt need a phone i would trash this one Im really sick from this place they really need to be fired white girl
