6/21 Friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and willing to work with my budget. Still a lot but quality honest work is better than trash work....lifetime warranty also helps with that.
Update: 6/22/2025 Changing stars from 4 to 1. They Found issue for why my 2009 acura mdx didn't start (bad battery). Gave me a battery (~230) and put it in my car. Radio, navigation system, and back camera no longer work. Overall I walked out the door paying ~700 for a battery change. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! PLEASE ACCEPT THIS WARNING

I highly recommend going to the 3696 Holland Road Virginia Beach,Va location. The staff are super nice.They had me and out in no time. Brandon was very helpful in sitting up my appointment. I want to give James a great big shoutout in helping me with my repair costs. He was so very helpfulI!!! I will definitely take my car back there for any future repairs.

I should've known there was gonna be a problem with this place when I told the guy on the phone exactly what I needed done rear brakes and rotors on a Nissan Altima and he refused to give me an estimate over the phone. I showed up at 8 o'clock when the store opened and my appointment was and nobody was there to open the shop. I waited until 815 with nobody there and decided if this is the way they do business I didn't want anything to do with them. After reading the reviews online, I feel as if I made the right decision. And took my vehicle to Pep Boys

The worst place to take your car I took for inspection and the amount was 2600 I preferred to do it another persone and I spent less, the next day I bring the car to evaluate and put the new inspection on its and they took 4 hours.

Came in for a state inspection. The quote for replacing the rear brake shoes, stop light, and wiper blades was too high. I didn’t have time to order the parts and do the work myself, but I won’t be coming back here for repairs. They did give me a free oil change voucher, though.

The service was second to none. My wife had her 4 runner inspected and they re welded her exhaust in a timely manner before they closed so we could have our car back with a good inspection sticker. They were all very courteous and professional !!!

I took my car in for a shaking issue, and they immediately recommended replacing the spark plugs. I trusted their diagnosis, paid for the service, and left—only to find out later from another mechanic that the spark plugs weren’t the issue and didn’t even need to be replaced.
They either misdiagnosed my car due to incompetence or knowingly charged me for unnecessary work. Either way, I wasted my money, and my car still had the same problem. Avoid this place if you want honest, reliable service.

Very bad customer service in this location, very rude receptionist and they overcharge and lie about the parts that you need and after i came back for my reinspection i was refused service because i left them a bad review about the before mentioned stuff, keep in mind that the first time i came for my appointment at 9 i was told i would wait an hour and i would be able to come back for the results when i came back they told me the inspector wasn't here and i had to wait another hour untill he comes, and the parts that needed to be changed they gave me a number that was basically more than double the part price anywhere else.
So all in all these guys are scammers and don't know anything about customer service

Bad customer service and made me wait an hour for inspection and in the end said sorry the inspection guy is not here !! Then why you made me waiting for . And try to sell you parts you don't need it

Having some car troubles we looked around at different places we choose this location because it was close to our house. I am glad we did they got us in quick no appointment needed. Explained our options and pricing. I highly recommend this location.

Due to a scheduling mistake on another shop, they were able to get me in for a state inspection. I’ll be back for sure.
**Have been back since my first visit. They made sure my car was in good shape to make it half way across the country and back and are in the process of ensure that my son's future car in is tip top shape to last another 15+ years without breaking the bank. The team is always very helpful and willing to work with you to ensure you have finance options if needed.**
