Every time I call, excellent customer service! However, what comes with good CS is a slightly higher price when promo ends. I like to hope the extra $ goes to company's valued staff.

Customer service was awesome!!! The facility is very clean and well lit. There are cameras monitoring activity which is a great bonus for security. There was an awesome special going on for the first four months, and you can use there moving truck to move your items into your storage unit. Very nice storage facility I would recommend to anyone in need of a storage unit. 5 stars!!

Highly recommend this storage facility ... Super clean ... Top notch customer service; Billy is always super helpful ... I love the courtesy calls for payment reminders, and the payment options are very user friendly.

Awesome and clean facility, and great customer service as well as professionalism by the employees there. It’s a feeling of comfort knowing I can trust my things are secure and protected. Clean and well maintained storage facility. The staff is very helpful and always greet you with a smile. I am very pleased with the service and the facility! I will be storing my things for some time and I feel that my possessions are safe and kept in great condition due to the climate controlled conditions! Thank you Carleci for being so prompt and professional! Mini Price is very well represented by the customer service that you provide!

My family rented a storage unit here for the first time recently. When we arrived we were greeted by Hollyann’s warm and friendly smile. She located our account and was able to preemptively identify spatial challenges based on the size of the uhaul we arrived with, and subsequently explained the use of the mini price moving truck much better than the original representative we spoke with upon booking. She remained courteous, attentive, engaged and patient throughout our visit. We could not be more impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills. HollyAnn is a huge asset to this company and truly made our family feel welcomed and at ease!

This place is awesome. So clean. So organized. Can be a little tight when people are moving things all at once but the provided carts are very helpful. Not much parking but everyone is respectful of small space provided.

Great service, clean facility, and psychic employees ? he knew who I was and had the answer to my question without me having to explain, I’m assuming he saw my name on the caller ID, but an exceptional level of detail and care is taken with every interaction. Great place to store things

Place is awesome, been having some financial difficulties and they always work with me, always answer when I call, explain everything that’s happening in detail with my account. Would definitely recommend and have every intention of using mini price storage whenever I need and wherever I go
