Terrible and the staff is rude ! I had an appt at 6:20 messed the entrance due to all the construction on Laskin. I walked in 6:24. I watched the next person go inside the door. That had an appt after me. I spoke with her husband who was in the waiting area. The CNA cleaning the next room with a swifter. Comes out and says do you have an appt. I said yes. She says oh the system cancels it after 3 mins I’m sorry it’s another clinic down the street. Brought my fresh newborn baby out just for that is insane. While the doctor is just sitting there.

If you don’t log in the kiosk at the exact time, you will not be allowed to your appointment. There’s no one out there to help you, and if you can’t figure out the kiosk in time, “sorry we can’t do anything”.

Would make it a zero if I could. Tried to do a simple virtual minute clinic visit for a sinus infection and got the nastiest provider I’ve ever encountered. She yelled at me because our pharmacy wasn’t in her list and acted like the very real rite aid didn’t exist. What a nightmare. Will never give CVS another dime of my money.

I have insurance that pays 100% for sports physicals...and CVS accepts my insurance. But they don't take insurance for sports physicals. When I booked the physical online they had me take a photo of the insurance card.

Earlier this year I had scheduled a TB test with this clinic. I asked if they take active duty tricare to which a person at the clinic replied yes. A day before the test scheduled, I was canceled because a nurse decided to quit. (I wasn’t told this. I was given this information by a nurse a couple days ago. I asked if I could just do a walk in and they tried to assure me it wouldn’t happen a second time.) To make everything worst I today came in for a second time to take the damn TB test, and again I was giving the wrong information. They don’t take active duty tricare. This clinic is lazy and unprofessional! You shouldn’t give the run around to clients.

This is an absolute For Profit nightmare. Not a freaking soul to read a tb test. Appt at 910. Showed up on time only to find they were closed. Staff were absolutely no help. Sent us to a location that would not read because of liability. Compete waste of time.

Made an appointment to come in at 12:50. Received a text stating to stay outside in my vehicle until the provider calls me. A few minutes after my appointment time and with no call, I decided to walk in. The waiting list on the monitor doesn't have my name on it at all. I use the confirmation code from my appointment on the check in kiosk and it schedules me to come back an hour and a half later. What was the point of scheduling my appointment online if it never went to the clinic?

Might be ok for walk in visits if not busy but do not count on an appointment. Was over a year ago, but scheduled appointment for TB test . Arrived for appointment (also during normal clinic hours), clinic was not open. Never received notice that appointment was canceled, etc.

My son went last week with my wife. 40 mins before her lunch break she saw a patient for 11 mins and then made him wait 90 mins to then tell them that cvs wont see medicare medicaid. Lazy unprofessional and disrespectful. Maybe her supervisor reads this. I would have given no stars. Lazy unprofessional and disrespectful

You can make an appointment online or at the store. There is a TV screen that shows you how long the wait is when you arrive, and the online website has all the pricing available. Loved the staff as well, as they were all very friendly and helpful. I will be back again the next time I need a TB test/physical!

The two times I went, great service, very short wait times, and most services are under $100. Love this concept for the easy stuff with a menu of services they provide for fixed price.

Do not waste your time. You will wait 3+ hours and what you need may not be covered by your insurance. It is high- cost self pay. They are not Drs., only nurse practioners. Go to a normal urgent care center, where you can actually speak to a receptionist about what is covered.

First time visiting CBC minute clinic and I must say it was a great experience, no appointment was needed, they have walk-in service, wait time was only 15min, my son needed a few vaccinations before his vacation trip out of the country
