This Pharmacy is the greatest! Myra, Natalie, Doug, Megan and Feeb's , just to mention a few of the many that have helped me over the last two years. This is my go to pharmacy. They treat me like family.

Good experience with my daughter scheduling and getting her COVID booster. Scheduled online which is easy and not nearly as busy these days. Your given a day and time. Showed up and the pharmacist was ready to go. No paperwork as all done online. Insurance covers the vaccine. Jab and done. They completed her card and that's it. This is the fifth COVID vaccine our family has received from CVS. Different locations, but they are consistently good. Recommend!

Maybe you've already seen the meme "do people still get regular sick, or is everything just COVID?" I found myself wondering this when what I thought was a pesky cough turned more persistent. After two days of coughing I decided to schedule a test to get some peace of mind while self-isolating. This was the closest location to me with available appointments within a few days of needing one. I loved that I would be able to get tested without even getting out of my car. What I did not love was when I realized that meant that I would be giving myself the test. I arrived at the time of my appointment and entered the drive thru line. Since the testing is done right there at the window, know you may need some patience since they are only able to assist one person at a time. I was at the window for about 6-9 minutes. They gave me everything I needed through the drive thru slot and they already had my information from the online form that I used to make the appointment. The woman was very nice at reassuring me before sticking the swab up my nose, but I do have my doubts on whether or not I administered the test correctly since you have to stick it pretty far back there and then turn. I would have prefered to visit a location where I didn't have to self administer my test and when/if I get retested I will use a different location. I took my test the morning of August 10th and my results (negative- hooray) were available the afternoon of August 14. Thankful that it was just a cough.

Have your cell phone handy to record the impatient customers that visit this cvs...some of them are comical to say the least.

I will say I go for all the sale items for the most part. This CVS is just down the street from my work so at lunch I go shopping. I'm always out for a good bargain and cool Items. I also like this CVS because they have a great wall of gift cards and when you just want to pick up a gift and a card. They have plenty to choose from

9 times out of 10 I have a great experience here. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. It's the 1 time out of 10 where I get absolutely frustrated and have an ungodly hate for this pharmacy. Randomly you have these people there who don't want to do anything to help you. They give you the runaround and waste your time. Overall I love this place, to the few lazy incompetent people who work here, please leave.

We were in town for a vacation and had an UNEXPECTED emergency hospital visit. The pharmacy was very helpful and filled the prescription in a timely manner. I mistakenly and foolishly left my keys on one of the shelves. ALL of the staff was so kind and helpful. I spent over 45 minutes desperately searching. The manager went out of his way and spent a significant amount of time helping. He even went through the outside trash can. The customer service was exceptional and this isn't even part of the job. He was so empathetic because my mom and I were panicking and she was in pain. We were concerned about our car and didn't even know what to do without keys, considering we live in PA. Thankfully I found them, but was overwhelmed with the kindness everyone in the store provided. We are so grateful for all his time, patience and kindness. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I dropped off my prescription from the dentist at 6pm and Pharmacy tech told me it would be ready in 2 hours at 8pm . I drove back to the pharmacy after 8pm. THEN the Tech tells me there's an issue with my prescription I asked the tech why they did not call me or my dentist to clarify the issue. Tech said , " Oh, I thought they did ". NOT. Tech or Pharmacist were not helpful . Didn't even try . I guess it was near closing and they couldn't be bothered to help their customers. So don't bother coming by this pharmacy ! I went down the road to the Rite Aide 1340 Great Neck. near the Food Lion where the staff were EXTREMELY helpful . Buh bye , CVS !!! Never again

Do not use this CVS for prescriptions! The manager is rather unfriendly and even arrogant at times but even worse you can't trust this location. On one occasion, I had to pick up multiple prescriptions (3 or 4) at once and arrived home only to find out that one of the prescriptions was missing. (I didn't notice this in the drive thru at the store because they were all combined and stapled in one large bag) When I called back I was told, by the manager that his system showed I picked it up and there was nothing he could do about it. Fortunately my doctor was willing to write a second prescription and I could afford paying for it. On another occasion, I went to pick up two prescriptions and the manager told me that one was at another CVS location. He said he could transfer it for me and it would only take 10 minutes. I was thinking, wow! this guy has changed he's going out of his way to help me... wrong! He didn't bother to see if they even had it in stock. Instead he let me come in and wait, then 10 minutes later they told me - we've transferred your prescription but we don't have it in stock, in fact nobody has it in stock right now. Well that's a blatant lie, the other CVS location had it ready to go before I had it transferred. I even called the other location to confirm and asked them to transfer it back. They said yes they had it ready to go and they tried to transfer it back but the Great Neck CVS had put some sort of hold on it so they couldn't transfer it back?! So I had to call the Great Neck CVS and have them release it, I was on hold for 13 minutes before they picked up but he cheerfully agreed to release it. No apology for my inconvenience or anything! I called the other CVS pharmacy back and wouldn't you know it - somebody else had already come in and filled their prescription for the same medication and I could no longer get mine filled and it had to be ordered!... It's a shame that the location of this CVS is so convenient for me and I love the drive through but I just can't put up with this manager any more. It's also sad because the ladies that work there are very nice and helpful but they can't make up for the attitude and underhanded actions of the guy in charge

Just waiting in line for 15 minutes (with two cars in front of me) and then waiting another 5 minutes for someone to even talk to me when I got to the window. I had to wave at them to come over. While there's 5 cars behind me. When they finally come over no apology.
