Ernst and the gang @ NTB on Laskin Rd in Va Beach Va are a very honest group of fellows. They have done state inspections and oil changes for me as well as given me peace of mind about a squeaky break issue; that another shop might have taken me for a ride($$$$) on! It is refreshing to know that there are still auto repair shops around; that are not out to skin you when you are a woman, who has to trust the mechanics word ! These guys are great! Jane

Greg was great! He was very friendly making the app't in the first place for service and explaining how best to arrive early to for an annual inspection. Made everything easy, clear, smooth. My car was ready in 2 hours after complete oil change and check-up and inspection! I'm extremely pleased with NTB/Mavis on Laskin in Virginia Beach!

Had an amazing experience. Car had a flat tire, I was in a pinch and rush and Greg got me taken care off and out of there in no time at all! I appreciate the great service by the team. Amazing first impression. Will be back in the future.

Needed an emergency tire repair before going on a long trip NTB staff were extremely helpful and had the tire repaired in no time! Highly recommended!
