I rent at the location 1361 Oceana Blvd in Virginia Beach. I would like to say PJ and Sharon are TOPS! They give the best service and so kind and personable. Both are very thorough and works well with customers. The facility is maintained exceptionally well and I would recommend Allsafe above any others.

Donna helped me get things in order while I was in between moving from 1 apartment to another. I was feeling very stressed but her Professionalism and calming tone helped me realize how easy everything was going to be. I’d highly recommend this place, if anyone’s even half as great as she is it will be an easy experience.

Very clean place, and convenient for me. Jena who works there is exceptional. She is very considerate, professional, and works with her customers. I don’t like their management and I think they need to improve and respect their clients. The reason I am leaving is because the prices have gone up for me 25% in one month. This is a bit extreme and it shows the greed. The temperature could improve in the summer, it seems they set it at the highest temperature possible and if you plan to spend anytime in there sorting out things bring water. Winter is not a problem. Overall is a nice facility, and the best you find in Hampton Roads. If you want a To keep your valuables, Like oil paintings, Expensive furniture, Piano, etc. Then I would Recommend this place despite the higher temperature setting in the summer.

Front desk clerks are extremely supportive and considerate. Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Storage space is clean, accessable and affordable.

I needed a storage asap with no time to spare. I work a lot and of course wait until last minute to get most things done which is not ideal but happens. I stopped by ocean storage this morning bc I could not get the website to let my rent a unit online last night. It said it could not validate me no matter what I tried. I was aggravated but technology always gives me issues. When I walked in the facility I was greeted with a very friendly smile and voice from Mrs. Jenna Martin. She made my experience very easy and confident that I chose the proper place to store my things. The process was as easy as pie. Thank you Jenna I appreciate all your help this morning.
