My experience was so smooth. I would definitely consider them again in the future. They were so polite and professional. Very helpful and great customer service. Clean too! I had an indoor climate controlled unit.

If you are a medical or dental rep of some kind, you absolutely need to use this facility. Sue is fantastic in accepting my deliveries and sometimes my deliveries come on three different pallets. She will always make sure to send me a picture of my storage unit after a delivery to make sure it is up to my standards. I feel at ease, knowing that Sue is taking care of everything and I’m very pleased with the customer service.

Very clean. Susan is amazing and sweet and understands real life situations. Had a bigger storage and now got a smaller one with no issue. Always clean!

The facility is clean and air conditioned, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It is well maintained and manager Sue is a great person. I planed to go back the next day after I moved out to sweep the floor and Sue said she would take care of it.

Employees were extremely helpful when my son needed a unit for college break and I was not there. They helped him find the correct size unit for his belongings. They even remembered us from last summer. We will be back again in May!
