Wow! I went to Napa yesterday for a headlight bulb and they were so rude and refused to help me out with changing the bulb. So I went t to O’Reilly today and what a difference. Evagelia was so friendly, offered to help change the bulb, I didn’t even ask her to help, and when she went to change it she discovered that it was actually just loose not burned out. She’s a great example of customer service! She even gave my dog a treat. Thanks for your friendliness and customer service! You rock Evagelia. I’ll never go to Napa again.

Guys were very nice and helpful except he put my battery in backwards there was a blaring alarm and he tried to have me start the car like that. Then he flipped the battery around correctly and the car would not start. Employee denied putting it in backwards. I drove the car there you handled it and now it won't start. Hopefully he only fried something cheap.

What a great experience! I went with my husband to get my battery tested. We walked in and were greeted and helped by Laurenaceo. I spelled it wrong. He was available so it was tested immediately. Bad battery so we bought another one. He installed it. We were in and out in less than an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable and funny. Awesome experience! I would come here anytime.

I went to make a purchase at the really auto parts store located at 1061 Virginia Beach Blvd and an American lady helped me mentioning that she couldn't help me because she didn't speak English during the afternoon. and she didn't sell me the spare part, I'm sorry that there are people who still express hatred and racism.

Yesterday, Saturday and today, Sunday, I was attended to by Mr. Juan, who was very attentive and cordial, but today, Sunday, I returned to the store and there was a saleswoman of American origin who was asked if she spoke Spanish and her answer was that she I was in the United States and did not need to speak Spanish, which seems to me to be not the way to serve a client.

Came here to get new headlight bulbs since this location installs them for you for free. Zo was super polite, knew what he was doing and was well spoken. I’ll definitely be back.
