Cute clothes, but not good customer service. Me and 2 other girls were waiting for a fitting room for like 10 minutes. There was NO one on the floor. Eventually I called them, telling them we were waiting for a fitting room and it took the girl 5 minutes to come out and let us in, and she had an attitude about it. Most of these employees do. Girl was on a call on her airpods while I was checking out.

Shopped here today and some of the signs for discounts were confusing. I ended up getting two items that didn't qualify for BoGo Free, but the cashier informed me and directed me to the right section that had qualifying items.

Wanted to try on a $30 hat and it had an annoyingly positioned alarm placed on the top which made it hard and impossible to get a good fit. I asked the young tall woman at the register to remove the buzzer for a second and she made it a huge issue. I have never had this problem before with this store. The manager ( Anna or Arna? ) idk… who denied the removal of the buzzer wouldn’t even have the decency to come out and reason with a customer after waiting 5 minutes at the register for an answer. It really sucks and it’s thanksgiving eve some people are just sour at the heart and it sucks. Don’t think I’ll be back in that store. Wish I could’ve rated zero stars but google wouldn’t let me.

My sister and I found a couple shirts she liked and we asked someone if we could get a dressing room. The girl was very nice but anyways I had went in there with my sister as the other workers saw me go in there with her. So, 10 minutes later a different worker knocks on the door and we both say someone is in here and she continues to open the door and look as my sister did not have a shirt on which made her uncomfortable. She told me only one person could be in there and I said okay. As soon as I grabbed my belongings I went out the door and it was no big deal. I didn’t know i wasn’t aloud because everywhere else I went to in the mall I was aloud to be in the same dressing room with her, my mistake and I’m not upset about it. I just think it was very inappropriate when she continued to look and open the door when we clearly said “someone is in here.”

This place was so dirty, nothing was organized. I tried to get checked out and the employees standing around the cash register just looked at me and an employee on the floor came and checked me out, when there were 3 perfectly able people that were able to check me out. I will not be shopping here again.

Customer service is a zero. Management and sales associates are not there to help. They are bothered if you ask to try on items or ask a question. Not sure what they are paid to do! Terrible!

There is definitely something going on this store in Lynnhaven mall. I see the last months review mostly 1 star and complaining about employees. It shows that manager can’t manage the store. I have purchased a Jean , I was gonna wear it and I took the tags off then I realized it’s didn’t reanlly fit on me and I wanted it to return. A manager which is name Hayle told me that she can’t do refund or exchange cause tags was taken off !! I never heard something like that in my life! And I have been working at the same mall for 5 years ! I didn’t return items before too ! I ask her I read the policy it doesn’t say anything about it remove the tags you can’t return !!! She show me that part it was saying she has the right to refuse the return ! Basically she just didn’t want it ! I already report her to the customer service ! Lynnhaven mall pacsun getting worst !!!

Insanity. Made a purchase on 9/5. Tried to return it on 9/6. Very helpful employee did her best, but transaction kept saying 'not authorized'. Told me that this has been happening a lot and asked me to come back the following day when a manager would be there. 9/7 - Manager, also very helpful, had the same issue. Apparently this is normal. Mgr has to call customer service - for a simple return. The cashier asks if the office was closed the day before, since they had tried to call and no one answered all day. No. They were open. Now I'm told the only way to get a refund is to read my credit card number over the phone to this person in the office. Then they will issue a gift card. Then they will apply the gift card to my credit card??? Wtf? Why? Well, because it's to combat theft. This poor cashier is explaining to me that it has to be done this way to make sure that employees aren't stealing, to make sure she isn't stealing. Humiliating way to treat your employees. So - to return an item I need to give my Cc number to someone I have never seen, in an office, somewhere, who doesn't answer phones for a whole day, so not very professional, but I should trust this even though they are insinuating theft is rampant at this business, since it needs to be done this way. So theft is rampant, so hand over your Cc number to another employee who may or may not be honest? I mean, if this place has this must trouble with theft, why should I trust the employee on the phone? And treating these workers this way is humiliatingly that they have to say - oh we can't be trusted. We aren't allowed to do a simple return. That's terrible. I was returning the pants because once I was outside of the store lights I could see how poorly they were made. This business is making returns so difficult because they know what they are selling is crap and even they don't want it back. They must get away with this because most of their customers are teenagers who don't realize how bad this is. This is why this company has a rating of 2 stars on google. I'm out $50 and stuck with trash jeans that no one wants. But I will spread the word. Walk 30 feet in any direction in the mall, better products, better companies. Don't go there. Yesterday, I found a shirt I really liked in the store. It had no tag and I couldn’t find anyone like it. I then went to ask a girl with dark brown hair who was wearing a white cropped tank and Jean shorts as she was playing with hangers and she was very rude when I told her I needed help. She then snatched the shirt out of my hand and didn’t say anything to me but “this isn’t online” she then turned around and ignored me when I tried to talk to her. I will never come to this pacsun again…

The staff person lied to my face about the buy one get 2 free EVEN THOUGH I ASKED HER and she said that one shirt was 26 dollars. Turns out, I paid for all three of them and those added up to $26.

Will never do an online pickup again. I had the wrong shoe size because it wasn’t specified but they were not willing to help solve the issue. I had to go back two days later and they still tried to tell me I couldn’t exchange them. I tried calling the next day when I got email confirmation and asked if I could come up to try and manager was like I mean you can try( had told them I live 40 min away from them)

staff was very disrespectful they acted like opening the dressing room was an issue and they wouldn’t stop talking about me, wouldn’t recommend the girl with red hair and glasses or the short girl with dark hair just overall a bad experience with them...
