This is the worse place to get your vehicle. Lee Sparks is very unprofessional and disrespectful. The cars are not worth what they're asking for and you guarantee to get a lemon. Make sure to not do business with Lee his customer service skills are the worse.

Huge issue. So I Kia Van to my wife and I in 2017 the engine went out less then year of having we maintained the oil changed and I had it checked out at the Kia Dealership I worked at. Which I was informed that the engine had metal flakes in the oil which mean it will be going out. We told Pembroke and I recorded my interaction on my phone with them. They failed to address the situation and wanted to argue. Fast forward they garnished my wife’s check effective today. We have rent , car note, insurance and 4 kids to take care off. So now what are we suppose to do Pembroke. Terrible people and terrible ethics. Someone please help. We don’t deserve this Pembroke you sold a faulty vehicle and even the Kia dealership said there was no way you all truly checked the van before selling it how’s a 9,000 van go to 22,000. Pembroke please I am begging please stop this garnishment we have 4 kids and rent and car payments and electricity and need be able put food on the table . Please Pembroke do what is it right and stop this garnishment.

Trash don’t go! I purchased a car there the brakes caliber was messed up.. I’ve changed the brakes thinking it was time and after the third time changing the brakes I realized it was how they leased it too me.. when I call and ask for them to fix it the warranty expired.. That’s something that would take time to catch especially if you’re not a mechanic.. Anyways the pandemic hit and I retired the car now they wanna take me to court and garnish my checks.. It’s cool they can have that money, but I wish nothing but the worse for them! Pure trash and the price is high.. $560 a month and you have to have full coverage.. $245! Definitely not worth it.. also I gave them back the car after covid hit and still garnish my check for $16,000.. Find somewhere else to go.. no integrity there!

They are money hungry and want every buck they can get.I had a van from them and it was totaled in a car accident. My car insurance paid them but it wasn't enough to pay the balance so I called them to ask could I get another vehicle and just add that vehicle to the remaining balance.I was told they will get back in contact with me and they did alright.I got a letter at my place of employment with garnishment papers. So I filed bankrupcy 13 and they got a nerves to contest so now they are still getting paid through my bankruptcy. That is so sad you still want money from a vehicle that does not even exist anymore

I was really desperate, a single young mom and I needed a car. I went to Pembroke Finance and didn’t think it was a smart decision so I went dealership up the street who directed me to back to Pembroke. Walter sold me a car and that was broken down. A few days later, I called to tell Walter I wanted to return the car. He told me to bring it back and I would be fine that I just may not have gotten back the $700 down payment. I was fine with that because I didn’t want to be in a situation like I currently am with them. Before I could get it back to the them the car broke down. I returned it back and they wanted to charge me for “damage” that was there when I got the car. Then wrote as if I never made a payment when I returned the car to them before a payment was even due. They sold the car and now they’re attempting garnish my wages for double the amount of the loan. You can find a car elsewhere!!! Do not ruin your life!!! They are scammers and preying on people!!!

So my husband was in a car accident that had him out of work for 2 months. He asked for another 2 weeks to make July payment or if we can make a partial payment and was told no. His lawyer was even willing to speak to these people about holding his account until his case settled in the next few weeks and, but we was told no. The payment wasn't even 30 days past due and we are threatened with repossession??? Who does that??? No stars for real!
