They replaced the rear wheel bearings and installed 4 new tires on my Subaru Forester. The service was friendly and professional, and the work was completed on time and at a competitive price. I would definitely use their services again if the need arises.

Stephen and Sarah were awesome! They helped me figure out the right service needed and it felt like family. Anytime I need service this will be my go to! If you're on the fence, give them a shot.

Went in for an inspection turned out my hub assembly was bad, the good part was they fixed the bad one the bad part is that I have a spare 3 hrs away.

I used CarAdvise to book an appointment online. I was early for my appointment and it still took over an hour. Close to an 1.5 hours to be exact. It wasn't a warm enthusiastic greeting. The lobby felt uninviting so I stay outside majority of the time. They didn't get started on my truck until 20 minutes after my appointment. I was beyond irritated and just wanted to leave. I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation which I declined. I needed my washer fluid dispenser for the back window looked at but she claimed they didn't have anyone to look at it. When my truck was finally done, I was recommended to get my cabin air filter replaced. I already did that myself prior so if it was looked at they would've seen that it was still new. I left and got all the way to work and my dash still read "OIL CHANGE SOON"and there was no sticker or indicator for me to know when to service it again. Absolute worst experience so far. It's not that hard to do a complete job. I'd rather pay more for better service.

Service was amazing! I was here for a weekend and realized i wouldn’t make it back home without getting my brakes done. I prayed they wouldn’t have to keep my car for days like most shops I’m used to at home…but even without an appt. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done by 10am!!! Thank you to Stephen who helped us and Eric who worked on my car! Also they have coupons on their site.

I used their online appointment system to make a 10:00am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was asked if I was dropping the car off. I said I would wait and was told it would be a while because they had 1 technician and four 10:00am appointments. I think it's ridiculous that they even have an appointment system if your appointment means nothing. It seems to me just a way to draw people into the shop with dishonest business practices.
