Had issues the last minute with my brakes dragging and catching. The Team at Pep Boys got me in first thing in the morning and had all the required work completed the same day early afternoon. They are awesome! Thanks!

I would not understand circumstance bring my car back to this shop. I paid over 1000 to have my entire brake assembly redone. 13 months later the whole assembly is being replaced again. Pep boys response oh well we don’t have it infected what side and our warranty is only 12 months. Trash!!!!!!

Lynnhaven Pep Boys has always been able to fix my vehicle on short notice and im a traveling nurse so I'm on the road daily and the keep my car safe! Paco & Al at front counter are great to work with!

Great shop that quickly provided great service. Made an online appointment the day before and they finished an entire cross country trip package in 2 hours. Highly recommended and WAY better than any ford dealership. This place is worth your time and money.

Took my car there to have tires aligned because I had bought a lifetime alignment when I bought tires. My key fob was missing. The person who drove me to pick my car found it on the floorboard of my car. Very sloppy unprofessional service.

They work very dirty. Before they were very clean. In truth, if you have another place to go, do it. I say it again before they were good at their job. They left my truck full of grease everywhere, they are dirty to work in. Too bad for pepboys, those workers make your business look bad.

Shawn(new store manager of the Lynnhaven location) was so helpful through this whole process. What started out as a frustrating day he turned my worries to an amazing smile. Everything he said he was going to do he did just that from following up,keeping my vehicle in a safe place,etc. He’s an outstanding person & believe in going over & beyond
