Went to take my dogs to get vaccinated and the worker told me that my dogs are stressing the cat out that was in front me due to their barking and told me that they would move me and my dogs in area which was secluded. I left and scheduled my pets elsewhere. This also made my autistic daughter cry. Very unprofessional

This has become the absolue worst location. I've had a few issues in the past while shopping but now for over the past 6 months you can't walk in for a nail trim they send you to the one in Chesapeake or Upton which isn't logical for me. I pay for the vital care which is supposed to allow me to walk in for a trim, I cant get out of it because its locked in for a yr. So im paying for services I have accommodate petco for or I have to drive out of my way to get done. For OVER 6 months they haven't been able to get the grooming section under control is completely absurd.

Manager is aweful as well.

It would have been better if the cashier had set up an account for rewards. There was nobody behind me in line and she said it’s better if you do it online. She just didn’t want to do it. She was very inconsiderate. She didn’t even put my things in bags. I ended up putting them in the cart and push the cart to the car. . I even spent over 100.00 and that would have given me some rewards. First time in petco and the last. I will keep my business with petsmart at least they go out of their way to help you

Compared to the other Petco I’ve visited, this place is a mess. The Greenies are all over the place on different isles, they don’t stack up the shelves with Tiki Dog foods and the older cashier lady is very rude. The place is a mess with empty boxes all over the floor and there is no place to walk through the isles.

Nice friendly staff. Store seems a little chaotic since it was a little busy and the layout is a little jam packed. Overall was able to get in and out fairly quickly. 🙂

I went to pick up my online order and there was a sign on the door saying they closed at 5:00 due to staffing issues. Very unprofessional. I needed the dog food.

My husband and I came in here on a slow Friday morning to pick up some dog food really quick and waited 10 minutes at a register to check out and eventually left without what we needed. There were three staff members huddled in the dog grooming area that we eventually asked for help. We were told that there were “only two people available to run the register and one was busy with the fish” but given that there seemed to be no other customers in the store, it feels a little ridiculous that we couldn’t get what we needed before ultimately leaving to go to another pet store.

I had to shop for a customer and was unable to find all the three items on my list. The cashier asked for someone to come up front to assist a customer and I was helped by Tony. He was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the first item quickly and when he was unable to find the second one, he went to the back to ask about the location. Turns out the item had been put in the wrong place. Tony then found the third and last item. He was so nice and didn't act like I was taking up his time. He is a great employee!
