We have a miniature cockapoo with 2 - 2 1/2 inch long hair. Very fluffy. The dog is groomed with my other mini cockapoo monthly. I was told when i arrived that there was some matting under the front armpits and recommended a new type of brush. I was told this may need to be cut down to a 4 guard. (My other dog was slightly worse due to a very thick and curly hair, and was also groomed this day). I got the thick haired dog back looking amazing with zero issues. . . My other dog with the armpit matting was FULLY CUT DOWN TO A 4 GUARD! Everything but her head and tip of her tail was shaved. Uneven on her belly. Completely different dog. You can't even tell it's her. I only went to Petsmart for convenience. NEVER AGAIN. The lady who did it was extremely nonchalant and rude about the whole thing. It seems that there is no consistency between the workers. You either get something amazing, or they ruin your dog's hair/fur. SHE WAS SO RUDE! I won't put names. We'll never return to a Petsmart location for grooming. Take this for what it is. Make your own choices. Thank you.

I took my cat over there to do bath & nail so when I bring him back, he was really wet from the bottom till he’s tail, and when I call back the manager, she keep explaining to me and excuse The cat normal to be wet then when I complain again, she keep telling me you pay less money because we gave you discount because the student did it !! I’m not sure. Does this is make sense ?!!!
If someone can teach me if that’s normal because so I can have more knowledge about cats 😀

I took my dog here to get groomed and the night that he was groomed he stood up for more than 12 hours panting, salivating and pacing around my room. I was so worried about him because I had never seen him this way before. I brought him to the vet the next morning and she did a physical on him in which she noticed he had pain in his lower back, possibly from a sprain. She told me it probably happened at the groomers. I called PetSmart and spoke to the supervisor in the grooming department. She told me that nothing happened while he was there. All I know is that when I dropped off my dog he was perfectly fine and when I picked him up, he was hurt. Unfortunately I will never know what happened but what I do know is that I will never bring my dog there again.

Large selection of supplies but they had a sign for a discounted walk-in no apt needed dog wash however the girl wasn't busy and acted like she didn't want to work and said they couldn't take my dog. They had no other dogs atm so I left without the wash. Probably won't go back to the greenbrier location.

Really disappointed in the grooming. Kyle clearly is a gentle soul and cares for animals, but his skills are not up to the standard for the regular grooming rate. I can’t believe I paid so much for such an amateurish job. It took almost 5 hours and was very unevenly done. I blame myself for not giving better instructions. I asked for trimmed as close to the ear leather as possible, but I didn’t expect my dog’s ears to be shaved all the way down. Luckily, we’re just passing through the area and hair does grow. I’m hopeful someone in management sees this and offers him the mentorship and training he needs.
