Went in to rent a tuxedo for a wedding, but ended up buying one! My salesperson, Jean, was excellent and extremely helpful.Tux was ready to go when promised (it needed some slight alterations) and it fit great. Would highly recommend them...great service and very reasonably priced.This was my first tux, so I was later surprised to learn that the pants needed suspenders...I only brought a belt. The good news is that a tux store was near the wedding venue, so it all worked out in the end.

Very friendly people!! Had my son’s wedding and NIKI was my go to woman! She was excellent. Danielle and Jean also great help. Highly recommend for your tuxedo rentals!

I got to say my husband love shopping at this place. Customer service is on point everyone nice and helpful!!! I like to give a big shout out to Nikki for going over and beyond to get that pant suit for the wedding.THANK YOU SOOO MUCH,WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU. This makes us want to shop more there. Have to give 5 stars here. I placed an order online online for a clearance item, which came in discolored. They called me right away to apologize and issue a refund. People don’t make calls now a days. Very nice! Thank you.

I came in for a suit for a relative’s wedding. Nikki was quick to help and knew exactly what size I was. The suit fit great and I was in and out in a very short time. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nice clothing at a very reasonable price.

Great service and knowledgeable employees! Edwin and another gentleman helped my son find the perfect fitting suit. They took their time and knew exactly what to find for my son. I was blown away by their knowledge and customer service. 100% recommended! In addition to great experience, they have a tailor which was able to fix my son's suit in a matter of days at a very reasonable price.

My initial experience was great. All the employees there were extremely nice and helpful. However, after my experience with Nikki the manager, I will never spend money here. She has no customer service skills and very rude.UPDATE - I wanted to update my review as I've never experienced such a response to a review/compliant as I did. Mr. Phillip Michaels(owner) contacted me the next day to discuss my experience, apologize, and wanted to rectify the situation. Nikki(manager) also called me the same day to apologize. Not only did Mr. Phillip Michaels follow up the next day to ensure I was satisfied with the conversation with Nikki but called again to make sure prom and the tux purchased all went well. Obviously, this business care about customer service and its customer. I was extremely impressed and plan on returning for our next event!

Edwin and Nikki were amazing to deal with. In and out less than 20mins for 2 new suit for a new job. Will be back for more. Make sure you don’t forget to get your shirts from here the ones I ordered online were garbage. Much better quality here.

Shopping at Philip Michael Fashion was such a wonderful experience! Niki and Ms. Jean were beyond helpful the moment I walked in the door. I came in needing a new suit for a job interview, and they both helped me find the right one for me. Niki fitted me appropriately and Ms Jean gave me plenty of options for shirts and accessories. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and would recommend to anyone needing mens dress attire!!

Got fitted for a tuxedo in preparation for a friend's wedding. The attendant was very knowledgeable and I found this to be so comforting. I highly recommend this place for the helpful staff. So many options!

After a misunderstanding on my part regarding fit and tags, I can say that this company values its customers. I haven’t bought a blazer or suit jacket before, so I was uncomfortable with the fit after getting home and trying it on with the outfit I had planned. Nikki was great and could tell my size just by looking at me.

My wife and I visited Philip Michael Yesterday to get a Black suit for myself! Great selections. Have you considered doing custom suits? Most suits have notch lapels it would be great to do a custom suit to get peak lapel. Overall experience was great, I’d be in line for a custom suit!
