Ordered a pizza with toppings plus extra cheese for pick-up at Birdneck. No extra cheese, staff members were having a loud angry conversation at the register. Won't go back.

Excellent tastes my Pizza were just the right amount of crispy, hot and made very well.Vegetarian options: I got meat lovers so I can't say anything about a vegetarian one. But I bet it would be excellent too.

This is a walk in Pizza Hut no seating. The customer service was very nice. Food hot and tasty.

Would leave zero stars if possible! My husband ordered the big dinner box from this location via door dash. When doing so, he thought he was ordering the box as advertised. Is it his fault for not double checking the order and realizing that customizations were necessary? Yes. However, when I called the store explaining the situation and asked if we could bring the pizza back to have toppings placed on or get them on the side, I was told verbatim it wasn't their problem, it was door dash's. Wow! There could have been a more professional way to explain the policies in place. Customer service skills... horrible! 1st and last time ordering here.

The chicken was soggy and tasted like plastic the pizza was not done and tasted like dough the bread was soggy with grease the pizza melt was completely burnt and not edible this was the worst pizza and food in general that i ever had it was a complete waste of money none of the food was edible at all Do not go

I stopped by this pizza hut while on travel in the area. I originally ordered a double order of Cheese sticks (which I order regularly in my local area) and found out at this location they just ring up a single order twice which cost double. The local Pizza huts in my area have an actual double order of cheese sticks to select which is just under $10. Ringing up a single order twice is $15. I have seen some local Pizza huts in my area where maybe the employee taking the order is not familiar with it. Respectfully I ask them if they can check with the manager or someone else they may know and with no problem they're able to ring it up. At this location they were quick to say they don't have that option and it has to be done online. I asked if they could check with a manager and they said the same but for some reason I don't believe it was really the manager. Unfortunately Pizza Hut as a company are failing their customers by having multiple items on their menu show up different prices because some employees or some stores aren't able to find the item and ring it up the only way they're aware of. I mean I'm sure pizza hut is doing great unnecessarily over charging customers for menu items. It's actually not available online as an option either. The double order cheese sticks are a menu items available in the store.I skipped the double order because I wasn't interested in being overcharged. The food o ordered wasn't bad and it was ready when I got there. Nothing bad to say about this pizza hut other than the pricing. Staff had professional attitudes.

Ordered an hour before closing and i mistakenly ordered for carryout not delivery supposed to be its for delivery so i hve to call the store and the man who's incharge there suggested me to order a new one for delivery and theyll cancel my carryout and the transaction worked checked my card etc. Thankyou once again and I highly appreciate the service

The only reason they are getting two stars instead of zero or one is because the food was good. However I had an important issue with a delivery driver and was placed on hold yesterday. Didn’t get to talk to anyone. So I talked to an officer instead. I’m not sure how this even happened and then worried about possibly having this driver coming back to my home. I did not catch his name but he was late 30s or 40s short grey and dark hair. Blue suv. extremely talkative but could barley stay on his feet. He smelled like booze. I’m not sure how he even was able to drive. And almost dropped my food. Police were too backed up to come out in time said there’s not much they can do unless they catch him driving but don’t have time to “sit and wait”Won’t be ordering delivery here again

Love the food.. Always hot & fresh. The employee's there are the best people you could ever want to meet very professional, as well hard workers. They will do whatever needs to be done to make your order correct and while doing so they smile and none of that eye rolling or being short with you. They smile and get it done. Y'all are the Best!!!Keep up the great job. You will see me and my family and friends for sure in the future., ??

Not even going to waste time calling the store. My fiance and I ordered pizza and cheesesticks last night. Crust was undercooked and pizza had a weird taste to it. We have both been extremely sick even though we only ate one cheesestick and one slice of pizza a piece. We have never gotten sick from orders from this Pizza Hut before, not sure what's going on there. We will never order from there again.
