First off for PNC as a whole, who's the idiot that approved the idea of trying to be unique and rename accounts to spend, grow etc? I'm not blaming the person hired to come up with ideas but the idiot with the final decision to approve them. What were you hoping to achieve aside from being annoying and inconvenient? Being unique doesn't always mean good and you've proven that. Harsh? Yes. Am I wrong? No. The person that approved that idea would probably open up a ramen shop and give customers stainless-steel sporks to use to stand out, rather than just make good products.For this branch, there are no lights for the drive thru atms except for the screen, going at night is a nightmare with how dark the atms are. Can't see anything even the keypad.

Was treated very poorly by staff and branch manager. Manager smirked at me as he told me he refused to authorize a check, despite having another branch and customer authorize check. They treated me as a nuisance. Never been treated like trash by a bank before.

No drive up window, just ATMs. This is really inconvenient and makes no sense.

Slow to help people walking into the lobbyNo restroom for account holders to use ?I just made a large deposit ( several thousand ) and they told me I could not use the restroom

They only have one teller. I try to avoid going in but every time I have the unfortunate experience of having to go in I am stuck in there for over 20 minutes for a simple deposit or withdrawal. It is absurd.

The typical bank had tellers behind the window counter space where all money passed.As you entered into PNC bank, a banker greeted you at the door & escorted you into their private office. All your needs were taken care of behind closed doors. A genius must have created this customer service experience.

The banker that opened my account was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thoroughly explained the accounts. This has been the best banking experiences I have had and I am definitely going to be a PNC customer from now on.

Make sure you're able to hold it or trot over to KFC in time if you need to go (per the PNC employees). Probably not the place to stop if you have IBS, ifyouknowwhatimean.
