I asked how to apply for the veterans discount and was told I could not apply in person but only online. I told them I'd had a name change and preferred in person. They again said no. Only online.I then tried online but was denied because off the name change and was offered no way to explain the legal name change our appeal.I shop at Lowes now.

Love this Home depot... always clean, and well stocked. Only wish was that they had more lumber carts.... sometimes it's like looking for a unicorn. Other than that no complaints.

I have a backsplash project I’m preparing for, called and spoke with Jeff (in flooring dep’t I believe?). He was super knowledgeable and answered every question with more specific info than I already had gathered. I’m going into this upgrade more confident and on a better path; really appreciate the advice I received! Other HD stores I called (pro/help desk) were useless as they either didn’t answer the phone, kept transferring me, or had no input to provide.

Its a pretty good store. Just sucks not everyone knows too much about anything. A little slow if you are just trying to run in and out. But they do value their customers.
