My wife and I got out truck and SUV waxed and compounded. Buddy arrived at 8 sharp finished both vehicles shortly after lunch and did an excellent job. My truck had not been waxed I'm over 5 years and he still managed to have it looking like new in no time. Would recommend to anyone!Services: Headlight polishing

I inquired about an interior auto detail plus shampoo with Buddy from Pro Touch Mobile Detailing. He was very responsive and accommodating. Had a wonderful experience using Pro Touch Mobile Detailing. The convenience of having it done at my home was amazing. The value for such a thorough detailing was also unbeatable. There is reason buddy hasn't had any reviews in over a year. While he was very responsive at first to get me scheduled and did show up on time, he doesn't fully provide the services that he sells. I bought a silver full detail package expecting to get all the services I paid for but the quality of work he provides falls very short. He did not fully wash the car, he didn't wash the lower front bumper or parts of the rear bumper. He did not clay bar the car nor did he machine polish and wax the car as the package describes. He didn't shampoo any interior carpet or floor mat, and the cleaning of the headliner as described is questionable considering there is still dirt on parts of the headliner. I was unable to go over the car when he finished as I was at work, so my wife gave a quick look over the car, once I got home I was able to look over the car and was not happy for what I paid. When I reached out to buddy to let him know the short falls with his work he has refused to respond to my messages or emails. I was hoping he would honor what he claims on his website but that is not the case. He should have given up on this business years ago or hire someone more capable to complete the services that he is selling. Please save yourself some time and money and look somewhere else because this is not the guy you want detailing your car.

From the moment I emailed, Buddy was great at making sure to get back quickly with me and he answered all my questions. He was professional through it all! He is the nicest and most genuine person and you can tell he has the knowledge to back everything up. I did the bronze package and he traveled to my work (how convenient by the way) and completed everything in about 3 hours! My car looks like it’s brand new (and it’s a 2012). Honestly how driven and passionate he shows himself to be is what makes me want to hire him over and over again. He is dedicated to what he does and his work shows for it. You won’t meet anyone else who is as sweet and caring for your car!Services: Full body wash

Buddy was absolutely great to work with! To begin with, he was accommodating with the schedule (despite getting booked up quickly). Not only did he leave my car spic and span (and smelling wonderful), he also gave me tips and tricks to maintain the vehicle. I bought a used car for my daughter with stains on the seat that I thought might never come out. Buddy at ProTouch identified the stains right away and was able to get them completely out. I was so impressed and grateful that the upholstery looked brand new when he was finished! In addition, he was a really nice guy.

Buddy was wonderful to work with. He was prompt, did a great job on our 100,000-mile Honda CRV, which wad filthy from our two kids throwing food everywhere in the back for several years. I recommend him for your car no matter what state it is in!
