I enjoyed my time here with public storage. Regina was wonderful. I loved working with her when it came to choosing the right storage for me. She saved me money and time with trying to figure it out. And I appreciated the calls when I forgot for pay my bill. It’s def helped me to avoid any late fees. I will be sure to recommend my friends and family.

Ms Regina was amazing! She immediately helped me with my unit upon arrival and gave me so many good ideas on how to store my items, which are delicate. She was very knowledgeable about the storage property and the process for new renters like me. She was quick and efficient, and it meant a lot to me! Need a unit, this is the perfect place!!!

I called public storage in a real bind and needed to put my items in storage asap. Regina at the Indian river road and providence location was amazing in service!!! I was not in my right mind and she was ever so patient and kind and detailed. I’ve called her multiple times to ask various questions and worried I was being worrisome. She assured me that I was not and was more than willing to assist me. Thank you so much for your service!!!

Been with this storage unit for about a year, and Regina at the front desk has made it worth while. She is very friendly, informative, and easy going. All of my problems were solved quickly.

Regina at public storage is the greatest. She was very helpful in accommodating me with the space that I needed after the original spaces assigned was not the correct sizing that was assigned through the app. Regina was able to correct things for me the morning after when I came in person. Top customer service even during a thunderstorm. You rock Regina. Promote Regina ahead of her peers.

Hole in the roof. Leaked water and ruined a lot of my stuff. They didn't fix it immediately and rats and lizards got in. I had a 20x20 and they doubled the price to 518.00 a month knowing I was a senior and couldn't move the stuff. It was a terrible experience.

Regina is the type of person i love coming into contact with. She’s very polite and helpful. I came into the public storage on 6/15/2024 to let her know that i needed to down size to a smaller unit and she was very helpful with assisting with the process especially since she find a unit that was close to my old unit. I wish there was more people like Regina in this world. I truly appreciate everything she does. Keep up the good work Regina your hard work is worth it ?
