Clean, no one ever on site. No one answers the phone. Bathroom is always locked. Price on my unit went up by over 40 dollars a month with a 1 month notice. They force you to buy their lock, they force you to pay for renters insurance. Really an expensive place, not worth the price. The gate was wide open on more than one occasion, again, with no onsite employee, who protects your stuff at these prices with wide open gates?

Extremely convenient as far as location and accessibility, HOWEVER, what is not convenient are the difficult steps you have to take in order to secure a unit. Amounts increase every 3 months by $40, and as far as check out, that was just…. Like, come on y’all. I can respect a break, like absolutely take your break! But waiting outside for as long as we did on the phone trying to get ahold of anyone, just to be told after the fact like ‘oh you’re all good’… like we were told we HAVE to come and check out with you. That just could’ve been handled a little better. Just put a sign up when you go on your break, that’s all.

Lots of hidden fees and requirements they don't have insurance so that's an extra charge

When I went into Public Storage I was greeted by Morgan who helped me with enquiries about hiring public storage and any additional fees that should occur on the payment schedules and the packages that I could obtain. Thanks to her I was able to obtain a unit and feel quite happy with it. Kudos goes to her!

My experience of using the facilities has also been quick and stress free & have had zero issues. I have always had the pleasure of meeting Morrigan, her professional attitude and customer care, is always above and beyond any other storage place I have used. I highly recommend.

I got my unit in May of 2022 as I was moving. I got my unit for $259/month according to my contract.
120 days later, 1st rent increase of around $40. Since then it went up another $200. Inside of 2 years my rent nearly doubled. I asked how this is allowed. They said they sent and email
Today I looked at the contract better and saw their contract allows them to scam you.
Be smart and use Jack Rabbit, been there for the same amount of time, better price and no increases since I got in. Also a much cleaner facility and no rats!

Love this location, Morrigan was clear and concise with how renting a unit worked and helped me pick out the right size without even having to go to the physical location.
