Karen is an absolute rockstar! Friendly AND helpful staff! I accidentally left out some kayak racks and Jaren picked them up and put them in their maintenance unit until I came in and asked if they found them! I highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience with Karen at this public storage. On short notice she helped me get a unit the same day and helped get me the best deal. However, I only needed my unit for a couple days and never checked it out. Karen then helped me prove I didn’t use the unit and I didn’t have to pay the extra month. I can’t express how helpful, nice, and kind Karen was. Definitely recommend this place.

Don’t store your stuff here! Worst experience ever. They raised the rent 3x within a year from $175 to $333. I spoke to several people about it and everyone said there’s nothing they could do. Also when I went to move my stuff out my unit was infested with mice. Mouse poop on everything and they chewed some of my furniture and through several boxes. Public Storage is supposed to take care of pest control. When I told them I was just given several excuses. I kept no food or anything in there that would draw mice. Also there are so many pot holes they don’t take care of the property and the dumpster is always full and if you put stuff next to the dumpster you are fined. Beware of this place!

Moved out of a unit today and found a few dead rats, feces, etc. No food in our unit but there must have been some in a neighboring unit. Just gross!
