Mashana is absolutely amazing. She is always so nice, polite, so helpful always has a smile on her face ahe just makes you feel so welcomed when coming in with any questions. She makes you feel like your issue is hers too. She gets to the bottom and whatever you need done and always make sure to call back to let you know that it was taken care of. Thanks for being so sweet every time o come in Mashana

Made two trips to purchase packing supplies at 10 am and 10:30 am. There was no employee to be found anywhere. Called customer service and they couldn't help. Since I cannot get anyone on the phone that can help, went by a third time, still no one on the office. Is the worker ok?

The property manager, Geo, is so friendly & helpful. She went the extra mile to make sure my unit was reserved and explained everything thoroughly. She told me about supplies on sale and even helped bring the supplies out to my car as I had two young children in tow. The complex is convenient and accessible. Moving is never fun, but I'm glad my first storage unit experience was a good one! Highly recommend.

The manager, Geo, of this location is amazing and made our first storage unit experience very smooth and easy. It’s a great location with outside access and feels very safe. Unit was clean and geo was available to answer all the questions we had. Highly recommend this location

Rented a unit for $183 in April 2023. Fast forward 5 months, and they've jacked my rent up to $239/month. That's more than a 30% increase in less than 6 months. RIP OFF!

Gio is the best! I have a storage unit in Las Gaviotas Blvd that nobody staffs and I needed some help, she was able to help and resolve all my problems. She was a joy to work with!!
