If I could I would give zero stars. I went to Quest today and the Technician was clearly having a bad day. No greeting at all when she called my name. I followed her to the room, no words at all. Told me to sign a pad, sit down, put the tie on my arm and literally jabbed the needle in. I actually jumped. I've never had an experience like that. I think she needs to go back to school and learn the proper way to draw blood.

Showed up at appointed time. Waited a whole hour. Lady told me that I needed a qr code. Obtained qr code then she proceeded to tell me come back at 1pm and Ill get you which is a total of 3 hours sitting in walmart. Go somewhere else and save your time.

I didn't think to make an appointment, so I was a hopeful walk-in. The excellent staff member working got me back within 20 minutes. My experience with quest was immensely better than any I have ever had at LabCorp. She showed me all of the tests I had ordered on her computer screen, had me check my name on stickers on the vials, and walked me through everything she needed to do. I'm a nearly impossible stick, so I was very anxious about this. She was amazing at finding a vein for me within seconds and got all of the vials needed. I'm hopeful to work with her for return labs!

I visited on 6/29 at 3:00 pm and the lady working that evening was very rude.. turned me away at 3:40 and said that she wasn’t doing anymore drug screening.. would have been ok but the schedule says that they do screenings until 4pm. Either way her demeanor was nasty and rude..

Wish I could put zero stars. I had an appointment on Saturday, I received the check in message. I arrive and there’s a handful of people standing around, it appears no one showed up for their shift today. No communication from the office or notice why the employees neglected to show up. Another bystander commented that this is common for the location. Hopefully the manager of the office sees the issue and it’s addressed.

Weekend service is atrocious. Had morning appointment nobody showed up so I made an afternoon appointment and the door was open but the second door looked like there was no light on. It seems like somebody opened the place up to clock in and then left. So in summary today I drove 40 minutes twice and waited 40 minutes twice in order to get blood drawn and it never happened. WhoEver was working today is collecting a paycheck and not doing anything.

I personally loved scheduling an appointment, driving 30 minutes and then waiting 20 more for apparently nobody to be working here.

This Quest Diagnostics is located inside the Walmart Supercenter at the corner of Princess Anne Rd. and Lynnhaven Parkway. If you enter the store on the right side, that will get you in at the closest entrance to the Quest Diagnostics location inside. My visit here was on April 6, 2023.This is the first time I have been to a Quest Diagnostics location for lab testing. I had an appointment scheduled by one of the benefits of my health plan. Under normal circumstances, I just get a blood draw at my doctor's office otherwise. When you come inside, there is some seating on the left side, and to the right, you will see the check in kiosk. You'll want to make sure you have your valid identification and health insurance card as that was asked at the time of checking in there. I think they do need to update the Clinic Laboratory License from CMS on the wall, since that one expired in October 2020.I did make it here a little early, so I did have a little wait. They did run just a little behind as I think they only had one worker there at the time. While waiting, I saw some other workers use the keypad to get into the clinic area of the place. A few minutes after the scheduled time, I got called back. One thing I noticed right away is that the place was exceptionally clean. After going back to the room, I was seated and the phlebotomist verified who I was. She also had me verify the vials that are being used had my name on them, which they were. The blood draw process was very quick and smooth. The phlebotomist had a really good bedside manner too, and had a little small talk too while getting it ready and administered. After the draw was done, she had me look at the vials again and verify it had my name on it, which it did. That completed the process for me on this visit.Overall, this was an excellent experience. The service and timing of it was on point. Having an impeccably clean room is even better. The results would come back about three business days later, which is the timing she told me. If you need to have some blood draws or other things to be done like that, this place is definitely worth coming to. Plus, since it's inside Walmart, you can do some shopping before or after your appointment too.

Long wait. Can't guarantee that a walk in will be given a chance. Best to schedule an appointment.

The woman working this morning, 6/9/22, was extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm not sure why she works in diagnostics if she thinks collecting urine for analysis is 'so disgusting' considering the prior patient came right back due to blood dripping down their forearm. This wasn't the extent of my experience but was the crowning achievement. You know what's disgusting? Driving an hour from home to pee in a cup for $150 dollars and then having to deal with this extra BS in the process.
