I decided to visit this shop for the first time , never been to any other Rainbow before. The employee (short, dark skin, dark hair with braids lady) asked me for my outside bag as soon as i walked in. I was surprised and didn’t understand what she meant, did she want to hold on to my bag? I asked her multiple times what does she mean and she kept saying the same thing without explaining. I decided to leave. I felt like it was very rude and i guess with just how I looked or I don’t even know what she thought I’m going to shoplift? I have no idea, I wish she explained better. Anyway I’m not going back to this store or any other Rainbow store ever again. I’m happy to follow the rules of any store if people would be polite about it. But this situation is just ridiculous.

I had came to this store earlier today and I was happily shopping around for clothes for valentines day. I was ofc greeted but then I was followed around the store, a short lady with a black short hair cut. I found a nice loose dress. It wasn't skin tight where it'd be possible to stretch it out and I noticed there were no dressing rooms so I was going to throw it over my clothes I had already on. It was a flowydress. And im not even upset with the policy about not being able to try it on over clothes that much. But she had followed me all the way to the other side of the store and as soon as I went to try it on she screamed ma'am and told me I cant do so and was really rude with the situation. I've never had this happen to me at any time with any store. Never coming back. And after reading these reviews this store really needs new workers.

Cheap and reliable! I was on a roadtrip and was in desperate ‘need’ of cotton thigh highs socks to go with my outfit, which Rainbow had. Wish they did have hair accessories, like claw clips or barrettes, otherwise, Rainbow is dependable for basic cotton tops and socks.

Yesterday was my first and last visit to this store. No fitting rooms??? If I wanted to buy clothes that I can't try on, I'd shop online.

Every time I go to this rainbow, I regret it. I’ve been 3 times… The woman who is the manager or whatever her title is, has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered. She’s a taller, fair skinned woman. I’m sure if you have visited this location, you know who I am referring to. But she is just outright rude. It’s not limited to the customers either. The way she talks to the employees is disgusting and disrespectful. If you don’t want to work in customer service, quit. But that’s what I get coming to this low budget store anyways. If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation.

I had a horrible experience at this Rainbow. It’s very disappointing because I’ve been a Rainbow shopper for years. I went into the store 10/19/23 looking for a black shirt. I was greeted and then the employee continue to follow me. It was 2 people in the store. She asked, “ do you know the plus size section is on the other side.” My response “yes, I do.” Employee “oh you do?” Me: “yes, I do.” It was offensive! I could’ve been shopping for anyone however I was shopping for myself. I’m a curvy woman but a size 8 and in rainbow I wear a Large. Rainbow, I would like to suggest that you train your employee to say “what size are you looking for so I can better assist you.” I should’ve took that as a sign to leave but then I asked if they had a fitting room. I am aware the Rainbow store has closed their fitting rooms since Covid but was not sure if they were back open. She informed me that they no longer have fitting rooms and I said ok I’ll try it on here. She stated that “ you cannot try anything on unless it zips or buttons.” The shirt I wanted to try on was a pull over shirt. This is so unfortunate. I can purchase the shirt and return it if it doesn’t fit but you won’t allow me to try it on. Of course, I was going to put it over my clothes. I wasn’t going to get naked in the store. I even contemplated on purchasing the shirt and trying it on in my car and taking it back if it didn’t fit to prove my point but decided against it. I just went to another rainbow and tried on a shirt and purchased it. It’s easy to not be a patron with a store anymore but I’m not going to hold it against the company, but I do think they need to be aware. I do believe this was a isolated issue with this Rainbow. I also called the store when I left to speak to the manager and she confirmed that they do not allow you to try on. I looked for signs in the store that said this and could not locate them. I will NEVER shop at this location ever again. I would not recommend shopping here.

No dressing rooms. Line backed up to the front door. Store policy is you can’t try anything on. You can purchase and return. What a joke.

Wow, I am so glad. Corporate was so sweet and so helpful with the disgusting fraud going on at the Lynnhaven location. They assured me it will be taken care of and researched, I'm glad I took pictures of design every single time it was up, this location is lying and saying they cannot do refunds or even exchanges, even though you cannot try the clothes on the first. I asked the woman very very specifically if they return/exchange machine was always down because I was not comfortable buying more clothes from there. If so, and she said no then when I come back the very next day, she says it's down because the weather... even though it had just cleared up then she says it's because the registers are old when it turns out according to corporate if they were able to ring me up, then they were able to do a return. They were just refusing to do it!!!! Wowwwww just wow !! so I am not sure if they are aware or not but they are definitely about to be very aware of the fact that that is fraud and against rainbows policy. Also, she told me I needed to leave my bag up at the front register after spending atleast 170-200 there , 3 times this week.... I don't feel comfortable leaving my property up at the front with those Rude women, not only is it rude and discriminatory, but it is not rainbow policy, so I was personally picked on even though I have spent about 400 there this week alone on outfits for the concert something in the water. Oh, and last, but not least God doesn't like ugly & he's watching you...& now so is corporate !
