When the store was open I'd probably give four and a half five stars but as of July the 4th 2025 the posting of this that location is currently shut down ... And I believe that's going to be permanent because other locations that have gone through this still aren't back and it's been over a year so good luck with that

It's bare in there for over the counter medication - has been like this for a long time. When will they start stocking the necessary items their customers need. Won't be returning any time soon unless it's for doctor prescribed medication.

The People in the Pharmacy at this location are top notch across the board. Their level of customer service! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They’re helpful, they answer questions, they work to get you what you need when you need it, or they work with you to figure out an alternative. Oh, and they also have groceries and all the other stuff in the self-shopping area. These guys are the best.

The employees are very friendly . Greeted me as soon as I walk into the store, the pharmacist a male was very helpful in providing me information and helping me resolve my prescription issues.. the store was very clean the staff was very helpful friendly respectable.

there are so many empty shelves, others barely have anything either. its like a store in cold war Russia. they look like they are going out of business. its been this way for weeks now.

Wonderful store and wonderful staff. Never dissatisfied with service or product. Let's pray they keep the one on 5795 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA open. Actually, let's pray they don't close anymore down. Best drugstore chain ever!!!

The Rite Aid at 5795 Princess Anne Rd. in Virginia Beach has outstanding pharmacy staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are ready in a very timely manner. The pharmacist is very friendly. Excellent customer service -- even better than a different Rite Aid location in Virginia Beach (we switched from that location to this one).

I am writing this on behalf of the transferring of pharmacies located within Hampton Roads. I was a former patient who used Wal-Mart pharmacies for years, but I just recently transferred to Rite Aid a couple of months ago. I have to say, that even after a couple of years as a loyal customer to Wal-Mart pharmacies, I will never part ways with Rite Aid. They represent something much more when it comes to proactive client support. On top of their heavy based customer clientele at this location, they assist to those who are in doubt. They have provided every pinpoint to meet my needs for medical assistance here because I pick up a numerous amount of medicine here. The feedback I just get from this location is so adeptly that I could just pick up the phone and call the company directly to speak to an upper division to tell them the great rapport they have here, some may say that they don't see what the big deal is here, but their recognizance of their attributes here at this location is of great importance to me! Keep going and doing what you're all doing, Rite Aid, the community has completed appreciated everything you all have done!
