Rosemont KinderCare provides fantastic and amazing care. The staff and teachers are wonderful, helpful, and absolutely amazing. They treat every child with love, compassion, and caring, making them feel safe. Every person greets each child by name, developing a personal connection with them. The level of care goes far above and beyond. The recent change in leadership has been transformative. The center directors are helpful, friendly, and very understanding. The teachers seem to love their jobs. Parents receive constant communication throughout the day via the app, including photos and videos of meals, naps, and activities, so they do not miss a beat or miss out on the fun. Children love it there, waking up excited to go to "school" without morning anxiety. The staff creates a village that provides exceptional care. Parents are awestruck, grateful, and would highly recommend this location. They could not have picked a better one.
