My Story starts 6 months ago its kind of a long one so I'll try to fit everything. when I walked in rydetime months ago and spoke with Ryan he was genuinely generous and he got me in a jeep cherokee 2014 mind you he came off as respectful and very generous so I thought he was not going to screw me. so b4 all the paperwork was done I looked at the vehicle making sure it runs and everything worked inside the car like the air,the radii and the turn signals those things worked so we finished up the paperwork now after that was done I drove off in my new jeep cherokee the very next day I wasn't upset or mad I called him and said the lights and wipers dont work mind u again my warranty don't kick in for another 2 weeks so he gave me a number to one of his mechanics so I made an appointment when the warranty kick in,fast forward to the appointment wich was 2-3 weeks later I dropped my car off at 10 am i told the mechanic that i cannot be without a vehicle for more than a day because this is my only vehicle he said ok he should have a diagnosis by 3-4pm so i took an uber home waiting for a phone call to find out the diagnosis phone call never came I had to call him right before they closed at 7pm he told me to come pick up the car I take an uber back just for him to tell me he didn't have time to look at the car I mean I made an appointment that took 3 weeks for a reason anyway I called Ryan hoping he would have his mechanic look at it and he would let me use another car while its being fix but he gave me another number to a mechanic now within a week after the first mechanic my blower motor shuts down so no air and heat at all in 93 degree weather so now I'm desperate I make an appointment with his 2nd guy that he knows like 35 minutes away from my house I go in at 10am sit there for 3-4 hrs he finally looks at it and tells me it's probably the whole fuse box needs to be replaced wich he would need me to leave the car for a week now I also told Ryan I cannot be without a car for more than a day unless I had something else to drive around if I did have another vehicle i don't care how long
It takes but he didn't give me that option so that guy didn't work out so I called Ryan back and told him I was going to find another mechanic he told me yeah as long as they take your warranty u can go anywhere so I went to a place called Beach auto after sitting there for a few hours he had to call the warranty to c what's covered so they said the blower motor is definitely covered not sure about the wipers and headlights so I call ridetime again this time I spoke to dawn wich is his mother they run the shop together she told me that I should bring it somewhere else because their prices are high for a diagnosis is 155.00 so she didn't want to pay that then she said she would take care of the deductible because this is their fault so I'm like ok ill bring it somewhere else (now not once they offered me to use a car of theirs while it gets fixed because if they did I wouldn't be having this problem)so I make an appointment at hall Chrysler dodge and jeep so I had to wait 3 weeks to a month for that appointment because I needed to reserve a rental car(the warranty paid 30 dollars a day for five days)fast forward to appointment I drop the car off pick up the rental they send me a diagnosis through a text to my phone of a bunch of problems under the hood also the wipers were not plugged in that's y they didn't work the lights are aftermarket headlights so they are not compatible with the jeep that's y they don't work and the blower motor/fuse had to be replaced so I told the guy that is handling my vehicle please fix what's covered by warrant because he's talking about 3000.00 for the one problem so I had the rental a total of 8 or 9 days so I had to cover the difference the bill was over$400.00 so I'm thinking I'm going to get reimbursed at least $300.00 of it but when I showed up with the bill ryan started yelling at me dawn said

This place is a gem! Cars are in great shape, and they provide all the necessary documentation to give you confidence in what you are buying. Best of all, they will treat you like family here. Wouldn't buy a pre-owned car anywhere else.

Best car people out there! Not only did we buy a car from them and have an incredible experience, but I bought a car from another dealership and they were willing to sit with me for over an hour to make sure I was getting the best deal; they went above and beyond by getting me a same day inspection, and they did a personal inspection of the car and test drove it with me…all for a car they weren’t making ANY money off of. They are the best!

Dawn and Ryan were so nice to work with. This was the most HASSLE-FREE experience I've had when buying a car.They were both knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions about a couple of the vehicles they had on the lot.
