Arrived after midnight. Location had no stores open this late at night. One roll of TP was not going to cut it for 4 people. Size of the unit was wonderful. However furniture was old and you felt like it would break at any minute. There was just two pillow's given and a very thin bedspread.
We had been told prior to coming that the last renters put a hole in the wall.. it was a tad discerning that after a day out to come back with it fixed. Not being told they were coming in.to fix. Should of been told .
Floor was gritty and the outside furniture was unusable because it was fithy. We didn't bring cleaning supplies on vaca.
Would not book again.

This was a great place very clean and gave us lots of extra towels and sheets. Great atmosphere made you feel at home and welcomed there.

I stayed at a property on a Girl’s Trip with a total of 9 ladies. I was very disappointed in the home - I’m not even sure where to begin! As we entered the home I was hit with the stale, old, and something isn’t right odor. I immediately knew why- the downstairs common area had a furniture set that looked as if it had been there since 1956.. it was nasty, old and when you sat on the couch you sank down to the frame of the chair. On to the bedrooms - I’ll only speak on mine here- the carpet leading up to my room was nasty and smelly. The room looked ok when I went in, but that was just at a glimpse! My bed was leaning - so I slept on the higher side. The bed skirt was nasty. The sheets were cleaned by a laundry service and you could tell. Later I was completely disgusted to know the laundry service didn’t also take the comforter. Who stayed here before me.. I cringe when I think about it!
The bathroom was even worse.. simple light bulbs were not replaced, there was hair on the floor, mold/mildew around the shower door, the handle to turn the water on was so nasty! The shower doors were so cloudy you couldn’t even see thru them- the bathroom rug was so beat down and nasty- had I drove I would have gotten in my car and left immediately!! Even the shelves were nasty - I put a towel down before I sat anything on the shelf.
Upstairs there was another common area and it looked like something the Golden Girls had and was just as old!! It too was nasty with zero support also! There was a toilet that wouldn’t flush.. we had to call maintenance to come out..
The home didn’t have additional toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags or anything for us to use. We had to go purchase more on our own. There was not a tv in each room- why not??? They are cheap as ever! In one room the ceiling fan was there but broken and there was a box fan in the closet should you need it… The outside of the home needs pressure washing and it does need cleaning all around the home! Everything about the home our organizer rented from this company was horrible!! This was by far the worse home I’ve ever stayed in for a trip that I was expecting to be nothing shy of amazing! I was completely disappointed!!

Unit was a complete mess dirty, nit well stocked, had multiple issues, not to mention my car wad towed said that they did not see the tag hanging from mirror it did fall off but was still visible said it was towed 1130pm I isrf the vehicle early in morning of being towed it was 1130am it was towed not the evening so they should of seen the tag. It was a lie total scam. One thing I will say is that vicasa worked with me to refund the towing expense and some off the rental fee. So I would say they need to up the cleaning and problems they are in charge of but happy they helped me. For renting at sanctuary never again

Stayed here with 9 family members for our yearly vacation. Parking started off bad. It was a mess. The maid had not finished cleaning even though it was well after check in time. She also had no idea about the luggage carts that were supposed to be in every unit. Unit itself had carpets in two of the bedrooms. They were both worn and dirty so much so that carpet tacks were coming through and a few in our party stepped on them. Mattresses were very soft and squeaky. Balcony was dirty and had lots of spiders and webs. Master bedroom sheets had an old used breathe right strip stuck to them . Swim up bar, advertised on the website was not open and looks like it hasn't been in years. Hot tub not open either. Yuck! Do not recommend.

The unit we stayed in is very nice. Now parking and navigating the complex is a disaster. NO ONE AT DESK TO HELP. No carts to help bring stiff in we went to parking garage multiple times. For what they charge to rent the grounds are not kept up. The draw for us were the pools and swim up bar. Swim up bar is closed (as in currently not open at all) and my children like a night swim but pools closed at 8. Booked through vacasa waited FOREVER to get keys you basically lose your whole first day waiting on check in. Would highly recommend just getting a house.

Me and my Gf had a great stay, the condo was nice and clean and i would visit again .. at least that was my thought until ….. the morning of check out, when went to pack our car and our car was gone!.. they towed our car from our “private property parking lot”. Every person has their own parking spot and are giving “parking passes” for their stay, the parking lot also the number of your room labeled on your spot. The towing place was located 30mins from the condos. There were no accommodations for people who cars were towed. They said call a taxi or Uber, What if some people from out of town didn’t have money to get their car out or get to their car at the towing place !!.. it was ridiculous!! Also if you hang your parking pass and it falls they will still tow your car!..be very careful..!! And it’s about 150$ or more to get out.. our car wasn’t the only car towed it was a good 3-4 people!! That is a problem!! Not having accommodations for people is a problem!!.. who drives 30 mins from a tow car lot to find a private parking lot , drive in it and look for cars who have no parking pass or it could have fell off ?? Sounds suspicious right!!.. sounds like management might have a contract with the towing company right???… they need to fix that problem!! It’s such a inconvenience for people!.. so for that i give 2 stars!! I could go on and on about no one being able to help! And it’s so much that could be done up until taking cars.. for one call and verify the car of the person/persons who’s staying in the room..2. The tow place should have a list of cars and people staying at the residence !! Please do better !!… you won’t get great reviews doing people like that.

Awful experience here.Our unit had electrical issues where the lights, AC and kitchen appliances stopped working. We were without power for two days and the property could not resolve the issue. While they were troubleshooting, we were told by management that we could go out to eat and we would be reimbursed. Provided the receipts and after almost a month still have not been reimbursed.After no hope of fixing the electrical issue they told us to leave the property as there were no other units available and the electrical issues were a safety concern. With low availability of 3 bedroom units around town we would have had to resort to staying at hotels further north in Virginia Beach which was less than ideal because we were there for a family reunion with our uncle's family (whose unit also had wet carpet issues from the previous renters). After approaching the property about the increased cost of last minute booking and requesting they cover the increased cost, they magically found a unit that we were able to relocate to.Another note...we witnessed two people on separate occasions almost badly injure themselves when using the gas grills here. The gas grills blow out the lower cabinet doors when lighting the grills. It's a very loud and sudden explosion so if you're standing in front of the grill when lighting it which you have to do to access the front knobs then you're surely going to get pushed back by the cabinet doors and explosion. One guy got pushed back and rolled backwards, the other jumped back in time to avoid injury. The first guy who rolled backwards (and somehow walked away unscathed) said that the same thing happened to his father a year earlier...he just walked off and gave up after that. I don't blame him.The property is in need of serious maintenance all around the facility.The management tells you things that are not true.Great location on the beach but I would not stay here again unless they repair the facility and management stands by their word.
