Sentara Therapy Center - Independence - Services and Treatments: Manual physical therapy, McConnell taping, McKenzie therapy, Pulmonary rehabilitation, Post-surgery rehabilitation, Sports medicine, Balance and mobility training. Our staff provides specialized care for patients with back, neck and lower leg dysfunctions. In addition, Sentara Independence provides rehabilitation services for patients with neuromusculoskeletal and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Our physical therapists excel in educating patients regarding individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
