My niece was looking for a specific lip gloss, and when she talked to an associate about the lip gloss, the lady was really rude and said they only sell it online and walked away. She did not offer any help to find something similar. Other than that, the store in general has a sweet lady named Owen who is very helpful.

Always have a great experience. I love how knowledgeable and helpful the associates are. Inventory can be low at times, but for the most part, I’m able to find what I need or a comparable alternative. There’s always new products to try and I never leave empty handed.
