My son had some forms that needed to be notarized asap to be sent off the next day. We googled mobile notaries and found Serene Signatures LLC. We gave her a call and she answered right away. She Stated that she would be able to assist us and she came in no time, not to mention this was in the late evening. Serene Signatures LLC was very nice, very kind, and very professional. She guided us thru the process of signing the papers that needed to signed. She went over every single paper to double check that everything was done. It is very unprofessional to just stand a customer up with no call or any communication as to why. Our trust has lost quite a bit due to her lack of proper/honest communication. She never showed up while we waited for her because we trusted her to keep her word.

She was supposed to come notorize 2 different things for us. She no showed with no call or explaination. We lost a lot because of her standing us up instead of simply saying she wouldn't be able to; or didn't want to do it.
