Like nearly every other Shell in the VB area, they are dirty, very poor selection of items and very overpriced. Shell stations out west are generally much more clean so I am adjusting to this out here.

I like the fact that is down the street to my house. It is so close so I can walk there. The people are very nice

The handle on pump 8 is broken. You have to hold the handle down the whole time like it’s 1960. If they don’t pay attention the these sorts of details there is no telling what important things are going awry.
