Walked in and the 3 guys working were standing around. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Paris. I asked about having a color match from a piece of drywall. Paris proceeded to inform me all the reasons why he can't color match because it wouldn't be a perfect match and it would force me to paint the entire room. The reason why I was trying to get a color match is because I knew I may have to paint the room but if you don't try you don't know. On my way out I asked "where is the next Sherwin Williams was because I was going to get the service I need here" and the manager told me instead of trying to help me.Truly top notch

Is lucky I even post one star could not find the right parts the man did not want to help me out he'd rather be on his phone I had the original he said he could not take cash had to have an account I told him again I was paying cash he could not give me a receipt without an account number another person came over and told him how to do it dismembered stayed on his phone constantly I am very displeased then dealing with the company 4 / 15 years

I’m a bit baffled that I can go into Lowes to purchase paint, but at Sherwin Williams, I need to stand outside? Still the best product on the market, but their current process needs improvement.
