Absolutely horrible, they hardly listen to a word you say, i ask for trim on the sides and for them to even out the top and they basically shaved my sides and ruined the top of my hair. Terrible service, Do not recommend

It is my regular place now to get my hair cut. The Stylists keeps a record of how your hair was cut and if you get a new Stylist she will have List of how your hair the cut as well. It Hassel free. Appointments are easy with their app on your Phone.

Been coming here for 3 years now. Used to have a pixie cut and now i have shoulder length hair and the stylists are just as good doing short as they are long. Definitely recommend coming here for a quick cut. They also have great products for curly hair people and will gladly show you how to use them and where you can purchase them for some great prices.
Stylist: I've had almost every stylist in this place and all of them are so kind, welcoming, talkative, and great at their job. They make sure they understand what you want to have done before beginning and always give room to change things before you can't.

Love this place. I had swore off of chain barber shops after a bad experience but I have been reformed! Great atmosphere good people and AMAZING service. Jess made sure to see that all my needs and concerns were met and left me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for my weekend looking great!

A woman employee was cutting hair while she was sick. Sounded so exhausted, congested, and coughing. No mask either. I'm sure if I asked her she would have just said 'oh it's just allergies'. Haircut that day was slightly sub-par but I usually don't stick to one barber so that's on me. Had good experience with this place in the past but not that day. 3 stars because it deals with health.

I use this location every weekend to get my haircut. The consistency of the haircut is not matched anywhere else. My primary stylist is Marcy and she is always consistent, friendly, and lovely to talk with.
If I could leave a second set of stars for the new application, I would do so and leave 1 out of 5 stars. Sport Clips updated their website and app. I scheduled a haircut with Marcy today (2/18/2024) and I had a 53 minute wait. Not an issue as I live about twenty-five minutes from my location. When I arrived in store my appointment had fallen out of the system. I am a weekly regular and all of the stylists at this location know that I routinely go to Marcy. I was instructed by staff to leave a review of the new app and to point out this glitch.

My first experience, today, at this location was GREAT! Exceeded my expectation's. Rikstar was my stylist and she created a relaxing experience and a great first impression. Enjoyable genuine conversation and some common interests and has definitely gained another customers thanks her professionalism and personality.
