1st time, last time. Told the stylist(no name given, no personality) I have an important event coming up next week and that I want to look clean and tight, crispy. No kidding I walked out of there looking like a roughed up rooster. I thought I was gonna get pampered but I was wrong there was no mention of the stuff in the commercials, went back in and they offered to fix it but I'm not really good at holding back my frustration so I just left. I have clippers at home.

Always excellent. I go to this location every 6-8 weeks, and while I try to request the same stylist when available, it doesn't matter who has taken care of me they always do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Very not professional. I walked in and put both my sons and myself on the waiting list. They said it’ll be an hour. We came back 30 min later. While sitting there waiting 2 separate people that’s weren’t on the board to begin with went in front of us. They acted like they knew the 2 men personally and cared less they went in front of us. Very unprofessional!

My husband and three boys normally use sports clips and we have no issue, but today was the day. We checked in during an 85 min wait, estimated time of arrival was 12:09 pm. No problem. At 11:23 pm I got a text that the stylist would be ready in 15 min. Earlier than expected, but no problem. At 11:24 pm I receive another text text saying “Batter up! You’re next in line”, then at 11:27 pm a third text saying the stylist will be available soon and to head inside. We made it there and my husband checked in at 11:38, exactly 15 min after the first text. Then it said a 29 min wait, which really meant that my husband and 6 yr old sat inside for almost an hour and still hadn’t been seen while the rest of us were in the car. Needless to say, we left. I don’t care that there were only two stylists, this is terrible customer service and terrible time management. Not a single person thought to say anything about how messed up the wait times were or anything, nobody even acknowledged that they were there. With a little communication, this probably would have gone much smoother. Caveat, this is the ONLY location we have ever had an issue at.

Marcy is always good to me. The company as a whole needs to work on the wait times shown on the app. I booked online and the app said there was a 49 min wait for Marcy, but when I showed up I found out had I been there just 5 mins earlier I wouldn't of had to wait.

They don’t take people off the waitlist after being called. People show up 30 mins plus late after being called and get put in the front of the list. Absolutely won’t be coming back here.

Funny how all the other sport clips had the same special for Veterans Day. But yet I had to pay. Not very happy, since it was advertised all over Facebook along with the news and your website.

Let me preface this review by saying that as an African American male, I am always extremely hesitant to use "chain" shops like this. I tried once before and had a negative experience.That said, this experience was much better. I worked with Angela, and she did a great job. She was actively engaged in finding out what type of cut I wanted and offered suggestions as needed. She actively checked in throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the haircut as she worked. She also provided some recommendations as far as hair care that were insightful and relevant to me personally. Overall, I was very satisfied with the end result and felt great about my experience walking out of the shop. I would feel good about recommending her to others. Thanks Angela!Services: Haircut

It's 04 August 2022 and this place has been without AC for 10 days per the staff. It's currently sitting at a heat index over 100 and all the staff have are fans blowing hot air around. I've been a customer of this location for years and love the service I get, but I've never seen anything like this. Completely unacceptable! It's likely unhygienic as well, as I started to sweat during my haircut. Owner needs to take action immediately. This post isn't a knock on the stylists at all, they are awesome.Service: Haircut

Got all 4 of my boys hair cut here on a whim, for school. They all got different styles and all look amazing. The ladies that work here are phenomenal! Thank you for making the men in my life look AMAZING!

Basically no wait. 20 minutes but takes me 10-15 to get there. Got a great cut was in and out quickly. I think Angela was my stylist but can't find the email receipt to confirm.

I have a Trach and the lady that cut my hair did a phenomenal job and was careful around my neck when trimming my beard.
