Ordered a Frozen Mango Lemonade, barista was very helpful and happy in changing my order from a tall to grande. Although there was nothing wrong with my order, It would have been helpful to me if the barista team had better knowledge of the surrounding area.

I went through the drive through and when i got my drink we noticed it was leaking profusely nonstop (the side of the cup was cracked) so my sister parked and i went inside to just ask for another cup to set it in. But they went ahead and remade the drink for me and gave me this little gift card . They didn't need to do all that especially since it was peak busy time, i just thought it was so nice!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Starbucks ExperiencesRating: ⭐️ (1/5)Review:I feel compelled to share my recent experiences at several Starbucks locations, which have been nothing short of disappointing. Unfortunately, I must give a low rating due to the consistently poor service and disappointing quality of drinks.At multiple locations, I encountered long wait times, even during non-peak hours. It seemed as though the staff were overwhelmed and understaffed, resulting in frustrating delays. It's disheartening when a quick coffee run turns into a time-consuming ordeal.Moreover, the quality of the drinks left much to be desired. On more than one occasion, my order was prepared incorrectly, despite clearly stating my preferences. This lack of attention to detail not only resulted in wasted time but also a subpar beverage that didn't meet my expectations.In terms of cleanliness, I have noticed a decline in the overall tidiness of these Starbucks locations. Tables were often dirty and cluttered, with used cups and napkins left unattended for extended periods. It was evident that the cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority, creating an unpleasant environment for customers.The customer service experience was equally disappointing. I encountered unprofessional and unfriendly staff members who seemed disinterested in providing a positive experience. The lack of courtesy and attentiveness further contributed to my dissatisfaction with these Starbucks locations.I understand that managing a busy coffee chain can be challenging, but these recurring issues indicate a lack of attention to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Starbucks has built its reputation on delivering quality beverages and exceptional service, but my recent experiences have fallen far short of those expectations.I hope that Starbucks management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to address these issues. As a loyal customer who has frequented Starbucks for years, it saddens me to see such a decline in the overall experience. I hope for improvement in the future, as I believe in the potential for Starbucks to regain its reputation as a top-notch coffee establishment.For now, I cannot recommend these particular Starbucks locations to anyone seeking a consistently satisfying coffee experience. It's disheartening to witness the deterioration of a brand that was once synonymous with excellence.

I really like this Starbucks it is located close to my house but it is a very nice location inside... Sometimes I feel like just getting coffee and leaving but this location is nice to sit inside and enjoy your coffee and a snack...

Great staff (a guy) who was working there around 4.15 pm. They didn't have something I ordered online so he suggested something similar but better at no extra charge

I come to this particular Starbucks every now and then and I’m usually always greeted upon entry. This Morning there was smiles but one Barista stood out name Zaire, not only was there a greeting but she took the time to also ask how my morning was going. To me she took interest, to show she cares, which also meant she built a bond with a customer, to me that’s everything outside of just making my drink or food. So thank you Zaire your energy is everything. - Chastity

Great Starbucks location. Really fast friendly staff. My iced hazelnut latte was amazing. Everything is great about this location. Especially because it’s next to a Dunkin’ Donuts ?
