I’m 78 and was nervous about my first time securing the right size storage locker. Sunny made the process seamless, helped me to select the exact one I needed, walked me step by step in how to access the facility after hours and was an excellent listener. The entire facility is immaculate and well lit so I’m comfortable going there after hours. Today I called to make some changes to my account and received excellent service from a gentleman who served me. Mine has been a 10 star experience! BB

I love Storage Mart ! I’ve had a unit for 5 years. It’s always clean and the staff is amazing. Their employee Zack was very helpful today. I’d be sad if I didn’t have a reason to stop in here.

This place is absolutely beyond amazing! It was a last minute option after searching through so many different places and prices, but it was a blessing in disguise! From the ease of the initial paperwork to the tour of such a beautiful facility to moving in and being able to park the truck indoors after the office closed and still being able to unload, everything about this place was just completely unbelievable and unexpected, especially in a time crunch. Working with Sunny has been amazing and she legit is Sunny to where I accidentally called her Summer and it still fit lol.Fast forward to around half a year after move in, a financial crisis, and a very dark horizon ahead it seemed, this place came through! Even working with the customer representative when they weren’t able to do certain things, they still communicated and was a pleasure to talk to and work with and that was absolutely mind-boggling!!!In the middle of a very dark tunnel, Sunny came through again and was able to work with me and go completely above and beyond to help my family keep years’ and years’ worth of things and I will never find enough words to truly show my gratitude and appreciation for Sunny and the StorageMart team! Thank you guys again and God bless all of you!
