I walked into this location today and no one said anything to me. Not even a hello welcome to Truist we’ll be right with you. After standing there for a few moments one of two bank tellers said someone will be right with you. Shortly after another customer walks in and that customer was greeted and acknowledged with a smile. The problem I have with this visit is I got zero acknowledgment from the banks front line. The frontline is the bank’s reputation. I believe additional training is needed for this location on how to greet and communicate with ALL customers no matter RACE, CREED, or COLOR! It appeared to me that the entire staff did not want to be at work today. Truist do better please.

I went to the bank today to try to make a transfer into my father’s account. Ms. Gayle Jones ignored my needs, proceeded to process an unnecessary transaction, and then turned to help someone else even though I politely told her, I wasn’t done. I don’t believe I asked for anything out of the ordinary or was rude. I was genuinely shocked by her unwillingness to help me. I will keep going to the Hilltop branch who have all been excellent. I hope you have a better day, Ms. Jones.

Advertised that they accepted savings bonds up to $1000 from non members. Their manager just said no without checking even when pressed to check.

Truist has an $8.00 fee for cashing a check to non account holding indivisible. That is too much. That fact alone will cause me never to get an account with them. On top of that you can not place a call to the branch you would like to speak with. You get a message that says they are too busy or you called after hours. You can leave a message. In my opinion that isn't good business. The teller was excellent and that is the only reason i gave you three stars. She was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I'd give you her name but no one will answer my call so I can't.

Tried to cash my check like i do every week, today, however, the older white teller wouldnt cash it bc i didnt have my id on me and the "amount is too high" despite not asking the customer before me (hispanic male) for an id (an older white lady) when withdrawing twice the amount on my check. I bank at this branch every week and other than the first few times before they knew me ive never been asked to provide an id to cash a check by any of the other tellers. This is not the first time ive been "helped" by this teller and every time is a similar experience

I don’t know what’s going on, but their system is trash! There is no accountability or accuracy on our accounts! Transaction post. But refunds take longer and never post. Close your account! Check you account over the weekend then check it Tuesday for accuracy! I will be closing two accounts asap!!!!!

It takes 20 minutes to deposit a check. I just don’t understand. I miss BB&T for business. Truist is not a good business bank.

DO NOT BANK HERE, it's absolutely the worst. The Tellers are great but the over all business sucks. The lines Are long, the lady that handles ordering the cards and etc moves very slow...it sucks. Everyone that was standing inside with me today looked miserable and the drive through was long as well. It's just unacceptable, I went to another branch because I thought maybe my experience would be better but ..THEY ARE ALL HORRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

I"ve been trying to get into my account for the past two days. Either (I don't know which) my username or password is not being accepted. I go through the motions and finally get to a screen on my computer that sends me a code to my home phone get in my accounts. When the phone rings I get a message that says, If you are R_____ H______, press 1, with two other options. I press 1and it repeats the menu, over and over again but gives me no code. So, now I call the Customer Service (obviously an oxymoron) phone number and for assistance, I have to wait 35 minutes. Who has time to sit by the phone for 35 minutes? While part of this may be due to the transition from Sun Trust, it's not acceptable. I'll be transferring my accounts to another bank ASAP.

Not sure if it's the head teller or branch manager (long brown hair) at Princess Anne Plaza Suntrust , but she was incredibly condescending! So from now on I'm heading to Towne Center BB&T / Trueist where the branch manager / is kind, smart and thinks outside of the box. Sheesh.
