This was a great experience to get my car bumper repaired here! Brandin was so professional and gave me an estimate and ordered and replaced my bumper in a total of 2 days after I got my estimate. I did not expect service that quickly, and the new bumper was put on perfectly! I would absolutely use this body shop again if my car needed it. All of the employees were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I can see why they have so many great reviews! Thank you again for a great experience!

5 stars! Would definitely use them again if ever needed. My car had a dent that I received in a parking lot that I wanted fixed and I called a few places that had good reviews, but Superior was the only one that actually answered the phone so I was able to talk with an actual person. They were able to get me in the next day for an estimate. I felt the estimate was reasonable to replace a bumper panel and had already planned on paying out of pocket. Brandon thought it would be a 2-day job. I paid for the part so they could order it and they were able to get me on the calendar the following week with drop-off on Monday. I was able to adjust my work schedule to be off Tues and Wed, but had trouble getting time off Monday, so I couldn't drop it off before noon, and then had to have my car back to get to work on Thursday. I did call a few days before to let them know I was having trouble with the drop-off and couldn't get there before noon. On Monday when I got there I signed some papers and they made a notation that I needed to pick my car up on Wed even though there was some concern with the time frame since I dropped it off later than normal. But they said they would do their best to get it done. To my surprise, they called Tues afternoon to let me know they were finishing up and I could come any time Wed to pick the car up. I only spoke or worked with David and Brandon - but both were extremely courteous and respectful. I believe Brandon worked hard to make sure my car was done on time. Brandon walked with me out to the car and when I looked at it - it looks as good as new to me. They also stand by their repairs and said to bring it back if there is ever any problems. The only small glitch was that the cost of the part increased a bit after the estimate, so I ended up paying more than expected - but am not docking Superior for this as they have no control over the cost of the parts. Also as a side note, if you are paying out of pocket just be aware if you pay by credit card there is a 3% CC fee, or you can pay in cash or certified check to avoid the fee. This is clearly posted and stated, but in my case I would have had to pay more in uber trips to get a certified check- than just go ahead and pay the fee. Including a before and after pic as seeing pictures others have posted helped me when I was searching for an auto body shop.

Very professional and courteous approach to the work done on my vehicle. They car look immaculate just like it just came out of the factory. Quality parts used for the repairs. It is worth the wait. Vehicle is driving great so far. Thanks to the entire staff. I recommend to all my friends and family. Go Superir!!!!

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with warm, positive and non judgmental vibes. I was comfortable and never felt out of place as I usually would feel in a mechanic shop. I visited 4 times. First time was to set up an appointment for them to look over the husbands car and get an estimate, the second visit being the estimate, third dropping off and the last picking up the Mustang. And each time it was the same vibes. They are big on communication which is a huge deal for me. I’m a communicator too and this really just made it more clear to me that I chose the right people for my husbands car. Lastly. I am beyond delighted and happy with the work their hard work they put into the Mustang. David, Brandon, Jeff, Phillip and Don. Words will never begin to express my gratitude for your work and kindness. Thanks also for laughing at my jokes. That in itself adds points. I’m just saying. I’m juuuust saying!
Seriously. Thank you for taking excellent care and for going above and beyond for us. Thank you.

I have unfortunately had the misfortune of a few collisions and I can honestly say superior is the best I have done business with in the hampton roads area.
They beat the car dealer repair shops by a 1000 percent. They are customer focused, provide outstanding service and repairs with a dedication to complete satisfaction.

If I could give 5 stars to Brandon I would. He did our initial estimate after being in an accident (not our fault) and fought with the other person’s insurance company who were very difficult. We appreciated Brandon’s honesty and willingness to make sure we were happy as customers. Personally, the work was ok but I don’t feel the paint matched as well as I had hoped. When we were called to collect the car we were told the battery was completely dead and we would have to replace the battery even though the car had no battery issues upon drop off. I believe in accountability and this was not being accountable for the fact that when the doors were being replaced that it drained the battery. The issue was resolved but I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to about the matter. We eventually had to return to have a few things fixed as well as the car breaking down again and a supplemental claim done, only then was it found that the doors were still not right. The process took nearly two months all together mostly being waiting for insurance. I think it is great to have someone who is willing to fight for you knowing the laws and policy that insurance companies try to hide from you, I also think it’s good to take pride in the work you do before a customer comes to collect their vehicle and ensuring that they are happy with the work. Brandon knew we were unhappy and made sure to see that things were rectified. If Brandon is there, you’re in good hands, otherwise I’m not sure I can recommend the garage itself.

Even though my car is a total loss. I definitely would recommend this place. Customer service friendly I see they are a 5 star shop,honesty is so important. Thank you Superior for caring your expertise could save my life because you know your business you know that my car would not be safe God Bless.
