Visited for the first time, and it was a lot of fun! I really like that there is a separate toddler jump area and play area. There are a lot of different activities, definitely something for everyone!
My concern is a lack of cleanliness. We were the first people in for the day, so I know the things I found around had to be from the previous day or days. Things that were a little gross were a used bandaid and juice box in the center of the toddler jump area, used socks around the foam pits, dirty papertowels/napkins in the trampoline areas, several large fingernails on the trampolines in different areas and on the walk area, and more. If these were around first thing in the morning, maybe they don't clean at night or before they open? This had me thinking they probably aren't going through and wiping down surfaces daily.

It needs to be revamped!!!! Alot of the fun things are out of order no zip line arcade games half work or don't have prizes the bar you used to jump over turned into a toddler section and it's a lot of money for the only fun thing to be dodgeball

Hosted a birthday party here last night, paid $400 for a plastic table, $2 tablecloth, green socks and the flimsiest paper plates you can get. Had to constantly go ask staff for anything we needed…asked for drinks the entire time, finally got them 30 mins before party was over. Had to go ask for plates. Go ask for forks. Go ask for a knife for cake. Apologized for not being attentive then gave absolutely no reason as to why, as we watched her sit on her phone with headphones on 90% of the time. Absolutely disappointed and will not ever be doing this again

Let’s start with the good:
-this place is alot of fun
-we love the different sections
-the price is affordable!
Now for the bad:
-parents please please stay away from this place during flu/cold season!!! The staff does not clean properly and other parents do not have common courtesy. A child threw up in multiple spots within the park (one by the ramp, another by the bball area). The staff took a good 30 mins to come clean it up with people dragging throw up throughout the park. The parents whose child was throwing up stayed the entire time of the party with no care about contaminating other children. Apparently there was throw up in the foam pits and the staff just removed a few.
I am not a clean freak by any means. Nor do I expect a place like this to be spotless, but common cleaning regulations should be followed.
Side note: my child now has the same stomach bug and I know for sure it was because this place!!

I attended a party today and Jae was amazing.... I will say we asked a lot of her an the staff and they did everything in which we asked even with surge being busy. I love the way the lines were moving despite of it only being two cashiers. Jae and staff was amazing we will be back !!!!!!

My son was in the ninja course area. He fell into a piece of metal in the foam put that was not covered up. He had to get staples in his head. Blood was everywhere. They didn’t even close the area to clean the blood up. After talking to them later they told me they were waiting on a foam piece to cover up that spot, but that they take a long time to come. So they knew the metal was exposed and did nothing.

Surge has been a lot of fun for me and the family. Gm Jenn was a huge help. She helped us determine best times to jump for our toddler birthday. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very cool place. The games are expensive and the line situation needs help or a kiosk for those who have already purchased tickets online.

The kids at the party had a good time. My biggest complaint is that the staff did not monitor the zip line . I had to search for staff- found 2 who seemed to be just walking the circumference of the top area and ask them to help and watch over the zip line as some kids could not quite reach the handlebar to hold and some kids were still struggling to get out of foam pit when the next person started to go. The staff member merely stood at the bottom of the stairs and I had to ask him to go up and help out. The staff that was supposed to be monitoring the kids play areas did a very poor job. The staff assigned to the party and doing checking did an excellent job.

Give David a raise! He helped us on all the rock climbing equipment when no one else wanted to. He is super energetic, kind and helpful. He is a 10/10. Thank you, David!

I brought my tickets online to avoid the long wait. I get in the express line where there’s no attendant thinking the young girl who is helping everyone else will radio for help. The express line starts to get longer as we continue waiting. A gentleman had to ask the girl to call someone after about 7 minutes of us waiting. After another 5 minutes I ask a guy for the manager. As we’re waiting for the manager, come and starts helping the line. No sorry for the wait, we’ll give you more time since it took us so long, LITERALLY NOTHING. The person he gets comes out to tell me that I need the manager in the guys who casually started assisting us. This place is chaotic, unorganized, unprofessional, and
poorly managed.
