Yesterday, I went to this store to get my phone checked out! As soon as I walked through the day a young man helped me. The first one that helped me, made me realize that my case was messing up my lens focus on my phone camera, and the second one who's new is Cameron went above and beyond to fix my phone from having these annoying pop ups! I mean, he didn't stop until my problems was completely resolved. Thank you, Cameron for being excellent!!!! I really appreciated you!!! : )

I went here and had the best experience ever. I was helped by Jailyn and she was just a ray of sunshine. She greeted me right when I walked in and kindly assisted me with my iPhone accessory purchase. This is my favorite store to come to. Thank you so much, Jailyn!

Great customer service tonight by Jailyn. She was so patient and helpful. This location is rather slow so we normally have no wait time. Everything we needed was in stock and everything was transferred smoothly.

The two men that were in the store were extremely helpful with helping me switch service over to T-Mobile/ buying new phones. I can’t remember one of their names but Camron was one of them, he was very nice and patient with the whole process.

Very disappointed with service one computer for 5 employees to use!!! No seating they expect old people to stand for 3 hours. No explanation on using phone and no paperwork given with phone. The employees were nice but the business itself is disgusting

Manager lied to me and gave me false information on migrating my account. Avoid this store. They don’t keep their word and made empty promises.

Jailyn was extremely helpful. We had been tossed back and forth between customer care and retail reps, saying an action couldn't be done. Jailyn did everything she could and made sure the issue was resolved. She showed excellent customer service.

Went in to get my SIM card changed, and decided to come back another time due to needing to save voicemails, but the person with the beautiful long dreads made my entire day. The kindness and compassion goes beyond great customer service. I wish I would have gotten their name.
